    And sometimes videos on Saturday :) GREAT VIDEO and tips. Ornaments are hot sellers. These would be great with your portable laser craft show set-up using the Xtool F1 and portable battery to personalize.

      LOL! Sometimes Saturday. 😅 we had issues this week. This video was a precursor to next week's project, which is taking them mobile! 😂😂😂 you are reading our minds, Christian! Official! ~garrett

    OK, so your expertise in designing this has an inherent value not added to your cost. That's the cost of doing business in this market. We can never charge for experience , Your 22 minute video was amazing, and I know it wasn't just 22 minutes of your time! Your experience is invaluable. The ease in which you used Lightburn was splendiferous... Maybe a little too fast to follow for us mere mortals but nonetheless something to aspire to. Keep doing what you're doing!!

    Nice video! Just a quick tip, I usually set them to fill when I line them up so I can see exactly what will show when I line up the layers. It also helps to see what colors might work together.

    Hey K&G - Thanks for the videos! Can't for the life of me get this process to work in Adobe Illustrator (specifically that unite function on the trees and circle). Would love to see another video on this using AI if you're looking for ideas!

    Hi! I also love Canva! I made my ornament in Canva (free account for now) and imported it into lightburn. It ended up having a white square background. I thought it would be transparent. What did I do wrong? Thanks! Marie Wood

      You got this! Go For It! National Security Depends on it! Win One for the Gipper! Yeah, let's do it for our country, the red, white, and the blue. It's Uncle Sam who's asking, so your mother will approve. Did that work for motivation? I kinda slipped into some Grease at the end. ~garrett

    I would love to buy your new signs for over the door. I tried to order but the shipping is more then the product. Can you email me the design for cutting it out to avoid shipping? I have a Xtool I just haven't learned how to use it. Do you do this? I buy a lot of patterns for quilting and such this way.

    I don't understand why the use of Canva in this project? Just because you can? All of this is doable in Lightburn...in about 1/2 the time.. Not bashing just wondering why?

    • @KimandGarrettmakeit
      @KimandGarrettmakeit  Год назад +4

      We used Canva to gather the clipart and designs. I don't know of a way to make pine trees, a Santa or fancy Merry Christmas in Lightburn. I also think it's easier to do some designing in full color, not just outlines. We should race!!! ~garrett
