A few reasons why prophet is superior to the predator: the nano suit covers Lawrence Barnes entire body masking his Heat Signature during cloak, making him invisible to thermal vision, 2 the nano suit heals itself very rapidly while granting superhuman strength and agility , 3 it can harden in response to physical trauma,4 it has a built-in defibrillator and atmosphere converter. Would love to see a full on death battle of this. I am a huge fan of both characters but the predator stood no chance again Prophet. The predator may have the technology edge with the Plasma Caster but Prophet is way more versatile, smarter, faster and he has more abilities.
Depends on what predator your talking about, Predator vs_ isn't a fight it doesn't make sence. That would be like saying human vs dog, well which human Steven hawking or Mike tyson? If it's a young blood then most likely it will lose but if a legendary or an elder were to fight you can bet their gonna win by a large margin.
king bear-slug Maybe it would turn into a battle between experience and computational thinking. Most likely it would be a battle of attrition unless the elder used a ship or something or if the predator ran out of food. Prophet wouldn't need food persay so he would last longer in a fight if it was long term.
He can't ware down or slip up. He isn't human. It would be like fighting a computer that can instantly out plan you. If anything the predator would slip up over time because they still have to eat to gain energy and stamina to be able to fight.
Anyone who knows the lore of crysis will tell you that this battle was overly generous to the Predator. In the lore, it was noted that the nanosuit 2.0 had a good chance of surviving a nuclear detonation. Yeah, that's right, nukes are insufficient for ensuring you have killed a nanosuit user. In the lore, they are also impervious to small arms, taking damage from bullets in the game is a game-play contrivance to give you a challenge. The Ceph also have mono molecular blades and they aren't a threat to the suit, so the only weapon the predator had that would be a danger to the suit is its plasma caster. But as some of you may have noted from this video, the predator has no means of detecting a cloaked nanosuit. The reason for this is because the nanosuit has a more advanced cloaking system. The predators merely use optical camouflage. The Nanosuit uses gravitational lensing fields to become invisible on pretty much every spectrum of light. This fight should have been a one sided stomp. But screw attack didn't do their homework.
@@kleerkulsoby5491 Technically he did. Though before and during Crisis 3 Alcatraz's body is literally just a shell inhabiting the suit- Prophet's conscience- itself part of the nanosuit- has all the control.
Well considering that at the end of Crysis 2, Alcatraz goes up against a bunch of Ceph which are pretty damn similar to Predator (cloak, claws etc) and beats them all, it was obvious he would curb stomp Predator.
Well, Crysis 1 protagonist have Nomad and Prophet(the real one) when it came into Crysis 2 and 3, all Nanosuit User are dead except for Prophet and Prophet gave the Nanosuit to the surviving marine who got ambush from one of those weir coorperation, Prophet kills himself, the Nanosuit apparently has the memory of Prophet and people believe that Prophet still alive but in fact he isn't. Inside the Nanosuit was the marine and the marine became new Prophey
CarlitosX21 Primal Nah fam,Prophet alone to able to take on armies of extremely trained aliens at once and come out on top,10 Predators even on the Elite-Elder rank would absolutely get shitstomped hard
I lost respect for Predator after he came out in an Archie crossover arch (Made by darkhorse) Archie beat the Predator....to add salt to the wound its been made cannon
Yes and didn't they say in the game in crysis 2 o3 idk if the suit is uncontrolled it could have power limited to the users imagination? Basically you having limitless power?
Let me tell you predator fans on what your dealing with here :A suit that can regenerate at incredible speeds (perhaps faster than wolverines healing factor) :Took a million volt sniper round to the face and lives :Survives extreme heat and cold conditions that not even the predator can survive :Can react before thought because of the A.I. That he has :The suit can literally adapt to any situation And basically was made to take out aliens in general (Don't even think about arguing with me I've made my points and I'll keep my belief that prophet will beat predator in a death battle)
EU Predators can survive multiple hellfire missiles fired at him + a barrage of incoming gunfire coming from a small army and come out on top with only scrapes and bruises, and he survived all that using his own natural durability. Elite Predators can clear out an entire Xenomorph nest with only 2-3 members(note that Xenomorph nests contains hundreds of Xenomorphs + an Alien Queen), Elder Preds can take out a queen with nothing but their bare hands and if you give them a wrist blade or a combi stick they can clear out an entire nest by their lonesome, they're the ultimate warriors and hunters who can take out anything given the right equipment but choose not to because of honor and their hunter's code. But looking at what the Nanosuit can provide I'm still leaning on Alcatraz winning but take off the suit and he gets massively curbstomped lol.
note also in the end of crysis 3 (its still alcatraz) prophet basically becomes invincible with the suit, the suit can recover and rebuild itself from nothing, also since it evolves the more it gets damaged its suspected its now impossible to damage
Yeah, Prophet stomps. No trouble believing that at all. He also has a lot of experience fighting the Ceph who are very fast, very smart, very strong and who come in all shapes and sizes with various abilities and weaponry. So it's not as if he's never battled and beaten anything non-human either. Nanosuit is an enormous multiplier with strength, speed and durability. It also has various vision modes to see and track even invisible threats whilst having cloak abilities too. The nanosuit is also self repairing and self learning. Prophet is no slack in the combat IQ department either. He's elite and when he's got the nanosuit on it would make Dutch's battle with the Predator look like childsplay. Prophet, Psycho or even Alcatraz in the nanosuit would win.
Also I don't know the exact number but prophets heart stops several times throughout the trilogy and the suit brings him back wether he wants to or not.
@Wesker Ok. I'm not going to do your research for you on this, you can look up these things yourself on what the Nanosuit 2 offers its user. It pretty much mitigates any advantage a Predator would have in every theatre and scenario. Based on the stats of the Nanosuit 2, a Predator is pretty much no competition at all. 'Lesser' humans with vastly inferior equipment, inferior training, and overall non-augmented physiology have beaten Predators. That means Prophet, Nomad, Alcatraz, or Psycho in a Nanosuit would kill a Predator much easier.
@@discipleaj Obvious plot armor doesnt negate their power , plot cannot be defeated , still pred's feats far surpass those of Prophet even in term of armors and tech , i can name u couple of feats here if u want to
@Wesker Has a Predator fallen from planetary orbit, survived the heat and impact of re-entry all by itself, and then self repaired, and gotten stronger as a result? Prophet has. This feat alone puts the Nanosuit 2 wearer above any Predator's capabilities. The Nanosuit wearer can survive direcy hits from JDAM's, 30mm canons, .50 BMG, anti tank rockets, and all other sorts of heavy weaponry. In fact the canon states it could withstand pretty much anything up to a direct hit from a nuclear bomb. Insane, I know. But thats the canon and the Nanosuit is some serious piece of self learning, self enhancing and self healing armour. Predator's have nothing to match it, stopping short of the tactical nukes they have strapped to their arm as a last resort. The fairest way to test them would be if neither of them knew of one another but ran into one another in a city or a jungle setting and then engaged one another. That gives the unknown factor to both sides equally. Nanosuit wearer comes out on top each time. Predator will try to kill the opponent (because trophies and honour) and the Nanosuit wearer will probably assume the Predator is similar to the Ceph and go for the kill with the most extreme prejudice lol.
Brooooo the maximum armor was so good. Breaking the claws as if they were toothpicks and slamming the predator thru a column with maximum power. All I can say is: “They call me Prophet. Remember me”
Okay, but for Death Battle, I'd rather see Predator fight the Arbiter from Halo. This was an unexpectedly good fight animation. But, just for the record, as far as I know, Predator's visions can detect invisible enemies, and their own cloaking is supposed to be invisible even to heat vision.
Leo Jakšić That's not a bad idea even though for research based I'd want to see alien vs predator but Meh I am curious on who'd win in a battle between arbiter & predator also what if predator could find more uses for the plasma caster? so many possibilities. ;)
Stormtali his arsenal could make this so easy, mines, new plasmacasters, better wristblades, a lot of new projectiles shown in concrete jungle, btw, this dwarf predator can't even win a xenomorph
Alcatraz wins because the suit is also made of alien tech designed by insanely smart people with near unlimited resources. The suit not only enhances the user but has evolved to adapt to situations it encounters as well. The predator is also vastly powerful with it's strength and unmatched tech but they thrive in guerilla/tribal like hunting tactics. In a straight up fight, which is how the fight went. Its exposed body parts would be mercilessly exploited by prophet who has become a near undying, constantly evolving killing machine.
Another thing I love about ScrewAttack is that they introduce me to a lot of interesting characters. I'd never even heard of Prophet or Crysis, yet just from this video I can tell he's a badass.
1:31 wait you can't be invisible from the Predator he has thermal vision I am confused. can someone explain this? he even has a vision to see other people using invisible cloak aka seeing other Predator's
grim reaper4959 Predator can detect any type of frequency and on top of that as Travis Mays stated he has sonar. so prophets cloak would have no effect with sonar.. so how would he hide?
L.D.R+ how Predator can detect any type of frequency and thy are the most advanced species in the galaxy for technology. on top of that their sonar is hundreds of years ahead of are own technology.
Andrew Rogers Not if they used there weapons they use for war, wolf in the movies was the only one to use "Some" of the wepons they use for war. Hydra Missiles would have seriously fucked him up, let aline dark olasma, or the blazer heat beams which are as hot as several star cores.
Predator is badass and all but so are the ceph. Lore wise a Stalker was about as tough as an armored vehicle, and yet they are considered the "fragile troops" god rest the Predators soul if a Devastator or Pinger appears
Sir Pendergast But how are they to survive heat beams as hot as multiple star cores or dark plasma? Dark Plasma is special in that its reaction to things is dependent on its mass, so it will kill anythink in the same amount of time. If the blue glowing stuff Wlf used was dark plasma, its shares lots of characteristics, then just one cup of dark plasma can consume a Olympic sized swimming pools worth of water, with a person in it, and an alien warrior, in 5-10 minutes. or if fired from a omni-caster 10 bolts will instantly consume a target, or 4 dark plasma scythe blades, or swipes, will instantly consume a target.
lancer737 That's nothing in comparison to surviving a fall from space through the atmosphere in a matter of minutes. Not only did that, but he THEN survived a mach 250+ fall STRAIGHT to the ground. Predator also wants to fight fair, he wouldn't use it immediately. And it would be too late by the time he realizes he has to use it.
Andrew Rogers When they use these weapons of war, all rules of the hunt are off the table. Anyway his feat for falling is nice, but its not going to change how dark plasma effects him, nor do i think he can survive that amount of heat from a blazer or double blazer.
Notice how when the Predator hit him full force in the head, his wrist blade completely shatters, but when Prophet does the same, he knocks Pred out like a punching bag
Probably accurate. The Nanosuit is an absolutely insane piece of tech. Give Prophet a Ceph weapon and he's pretty much a predator himself. Predators are dangerous as hell, but we're talking about a super soldier that can casually send cars rolling down the street, run fast enough to keep up with speeding vehicles, and take 50. caliber HMG rounds to the chest without even feeling it. Not to mention Prophet has a pretty wicked healing factor as well.
I love how a fictional fight where they went out of the way to just be entertaining with no rules and no research can still make people butthurt by saying that one person should not have one or the battle should not have been a certain way. no rules no research means no rule no research
Screwattack!: THAT. Was really good. Along with the Premiere and the First episode, this is the best DBX. Guys, can you please do Guts ( Berserk series) VS Kratos (God of War series)? Antiheroic Avengers BLOODSHED!!!!!!
This ones actually fair enough. Predator's are certainly tougher than any human but even in the films they often rely on ambush tactics and tech a lot of the time. Not good against a straight up fight with a nano-suit.
They're dealing with someone who already has experience fighting off an alien invasion and who will adapt to their tactics thanks to the nanosuit which is also alien tech.
techinacally prophet was a man inside of the nanosuit in crysis, in crysis 2, he kills himself and a guy called alcatraz gets the suit. in crysis three, prophet takes back the nanosuit and inhabits alcatraz's body.
He can't activate it if he's been crushed under a pillar and both arms can't make contact to reach the device; Predators should have developed a failsafe and have it activate in the event their life is extinguished, and have a timer set up so other predators or allies in the vicinity have a chance to escape to a safe distance.
1:52 That signature attack it's like from DMC 4 when nero had to pulled in dante by grabbing his feet and then the punch omg nobody has even realized that which is similar to the game
good fight, to the people who thought that the predator would have won profit is a super soldier while he's fighting him he's on equal grounds in strength or more normal humans kill predators in the movies imagine a super human doing it theres your answer
Predators fight enemies that they deem worthy. Like people, (for example), that unknowingly prove their worthiness to the predators. They hunt creatures that they deem worthy.
Very accurate. Predator has no chance against Prophet I mean it cant even survive bare handed humans. And in the comics, killing some nude aliens with just some sharp limbs is nothing compared to Cephs and alpha cephs with advanced technologies. But predator can ask for mercy, Prophet is merciful.
The thing that people don't comprehend is that; that predator doesn't stand a chance. I won't be penning down the reasons because this remark will be protracted.
Any of the games in particular? I mean, I could try some during the Steam winter sales, but I've heard both people praising the game and people saying that the last ones weren't that special.
BadassFreeman For most people the first one and warhead are the best. It is less story focused than 2 and 3 but they have way bigger levels that allow for a lot of different ways to finish a mission. While 2 and 3 are a bit more linear but even they open up at times to allow different playstyles and more creativity than most other fps that aren't open world. And it is just a ton of fun to sneak around and make one of stealth special ops or just run in gunsblazing like a walking tank. Or you mix it running in going invisible and attack from behind them.
before I watch this I wanna say the nanotechnology suit person wins cause that suit can harden and be super strong so he could absorb some of predators attacks
Gotta admit he does, "Got some more power" "Critical threat, neutralised" He kinda reminds me of Triborg from Mortal Kombat X when he says "Inferior being" and also the similarity between their voices.
There's so many things to take into consideration when having the Predator face Alcatraz (Prophet). It seems like they were using a composite version of Alcatraz, whereas they were using the cinematic (movie) version of Predator at the rank of a young blood. If the Predator was composite, meaning that feats and equipment shown outside of the movies, were applied to this Predator and if the Predator was a high ranking Hunter, like an elite or Elder, then I'm confident that the Predator would've had the upper hand. Hell, Deathbattle didn't even use all of the Predator's movie equipment either, such as the smart disc, laser traps, power punch glove, blue solvent, dart/spear gun, net gun, electrically charged combi-stick, etc... Also, Alcatraz's invisibility wouldn't have worked against the Predator's various vision modes, which included x-ray and tech vision. Then the Predator's armor and wrist blades shouldn't have shattered, unless Alcatraz possesses some armor abilities to do so. Furthermore, Predator armor and melee weapons are made out of an extraterrestrial metal that is described as indestructible and is completely bulletproof.
Aztec Yautja your forgetting that prophet's suit was made to fight stronger aliens than predator, most of the weapons you listed won't even have any effect on the nano 2.0 suit, he pretty much got hit with the same amount tech you mention, he got hit with plasma rifles in crysis 2, he fell from space and came out unscratched in crysis 3, also his suit has an interface so he can hack predators tech, the suit heals him at a ridiculous fast rate as well, his armor mode allow him to pretty much tank everything even in extreme temperatures and tank shells like they were air. Another thing is that his maximum power allow him to lift objects as heavy as buses, kick cars like they were soccer balls. So one swift kick and predator is dead.
***** I'm mainly trying to establish what Deathbattle and most folks on here seem to not be aware of. I have no clue who Alcatraz is tbh, but if Deathbattle was aware that there are higher ranking Predators and they have their own EU (Expanded Universe), then the battle would've definitely be different to say the least. As for Alcatraz combating "Aliens" supposedly tougher than Predators, well I don't know anything about these "Aliens" to make such a claim. But I'll say this; Yautja (specie name for Predators), particularly high ranking Yautja have defeated opponents far superior to themselves in every way. For instance, in Predator: Concrete Jungle, the Hunter, Scarface was a high ranking Yautja who was on a mission to reclaim his honor, which includes defeating a trio of genetically and bionically augmented Yautja with upgraded Yautja equipment. Scarface most likely defeated the trio in h2h combat, as he took their heads as trophies... As for his suit, I don't know much about his suit either to know if it would really give a Predator from the EU a very hard time to bypass. As well as whether or not the weapons that Alcatraz withstood would even compare to Yautja weaponry. Not surviving a fall from space does sound impressive, but guess what? There was a similar feat shown for a Predator in AvP:R, but I'm not going into much details for now. Two pieces of Yautja equipment that I'm confident would bypass his suit are blue solvent and Yautja melee weaponry; blue solvents are extremely corrosive to where a few drops of it could dissolve an entire Xenomorph's body. Yautja melee weaponry are edged with mono-molecular cutting properties, meaning that it could slice through virtually anything at a molecular level. Yautja, even without armor, have been shown to withstand the same weaponry that Alcatraz took, such as tank shells/bazooka rockets, hellfire missiles, etc... Yautja are adapted to live in extreme temperatures as well and their mesh suit can be adjusted for other, unusual environments. And finally, Alcatraz, even at his full power, can't kill a Yautja with a single kick. Furthermore, in the EU, Yautja have withstood a beating from Alien Queens and Predalien Queens, both who could effortlessly throw busses and cars like soccer balls too.
Aztec Yautja that's a good comback but, prophet's suit is extremely durable, and if pushed enough, can indeed become immune to all sorts of damage So xenomorph acid is useless. The suit is known to suppress pain to the point where one cannot feel anything even when just touched, for example, a handshake. The Nanosuit 2 is also capable of repairing itself and its user from scratch into a full unit in a matter of a few hours, as seen in the case of Prophet, when he crashed into Lingshan from outer space during nighttime and the heat generated during his reentry into the atmosphere completely burned him and his suit away, leading to the suit to repair itself by dawn, and since the suit evolves every time it gets damaged and reinforces itself to that damage over time, the suit being burned away might have forced the suit to develop into a much more powerful version, being rendered invulnerable to almost all kinds of damage. basically long story short prophet is a human version of doomsday.
Pulse Spear +ImmortalNinja456 In regards to ImmortalNinja, well in that case, Alxatrax will be at this very moment, extremely resistant to kinetic and perhaps even heat damage. Nevertheless, it seems like he's never encountered corrosive weaponry, meaning that his suit possesses no resistance at all against corrosive/acidic damage. Considering how corrosive the blue solvent was, even far more than Xenomorph acid, it should have no trouble dissolving Alcatraz to the point that his suit can't repair itself and bring himself back. As for you Pulse Spear, well actually, it wasn't tank shells that a Hunter was withstanding without armor, but it was actually an anti-tank bazooka and a barrage of Apache helicopter missiles (hellfire and hydra-70). Nevertheless, they're still similar, if not, then deadlier than tank shell, which are tank-busting weapons. If you find that to be ridiculous, well to be fair, Deathbattle were using the inferior types of Yautja, which are the movie versions. Not the EU versions who are notably superior in every way than the Predators shown in the films. Alcatraz might have an edge in durability, but only because of his healing factor and that his suit can repair back much more resilient than before. Nevertheless, a fully armored Yautja would be an even greater threat and would have the durability to take much of the weapons Alcatraz has to offer. Yautja biology is in reality, surprisingly resilient and efficient. Furthermore, Yautja can have their vital organs and upper body viciously ripped apart and poisoned, yet can fight for hours and emerge victorious before needing to withdraw for highly advanced medical care. Pain clearly doesn't matter to Yautja either. It takes a full decapitation to quickly put an end to Yautja.

2 was good in its own way, multiplayer on it was excellent too.
2 had multiplayer? i never knew that. and i have 2.
Jon Wimpeney hopefully it comes back, at this point doesn't seem so. but hopefully it will.
Make this an actual Death Battle! There is a lot of potential here.

I really want to see Prophet in a regular DEATH BATTLE

Maybe against Soldier 76??
@@kinjorex101 soldier 76 is not against level to prophet. I think prophet can against with samus.
u kno
This nanosuit is made for killing aliens :V
yup it's made of alien for killing aliens :D
make sure to wright that down.....
crysis 3 nano suit vs alien. yup
Right
Asdedix same with Predator’s arsenal tho
So....Xenomorph vs. Prophet is now completely outta the question then 😂
Would love to see a full on death battle of this.
Denonu the elder just has too much offence it would be like fighting against a rip tide of attacks. eventually Prophet would wear down or slip up.
or porphets suit would take over or hack the elders gear or any other bull crap that happened in crysis 3
He can't ware down or slip up. He isn't human. It would be like fighting a computer that can instantly out plan you. If anything the predator would slip up over time because they still have to eat to gain energy and stamina to be able to fight.
Pfffft. Heat vision? You mean nano vision.
Liam Pitney nanovision enabled
Infrared vision.
*every vision at once engaged*
Now *THIS* is how you make a DBX! Freaking awesome!
this was actually a lot cooler than most of their battles seriously this is pretty awesome
Justowner NO RESEARCH.
Justowner the predator could detect prophet's cloak if he still gives off a heat signature (otherwise I'd pretty much agree with what you said)
Travis Mays Give your reasons then.
Spencer Sharpe No if you try to use nanovision on a cloaked subject in the Crysis 2/3 SDK the subject won't give any heat signature
TheMalvage well I did say IF that was the case
I wondered, why Prophet so quiet, oh. ITS ALCATRAZ
Wait didnt alcatraz died in crysis 2?
@@kleerkulsoby5491 Technically he did. Though before and during Crisis 3 Alcatraz's body is literally just a shell inhabiting the suit- Prophet's conscience- itself part of the nanosuit- has all the control.
@@KomradeSeals
I hate the fact that Prophet FRICKING BODY SNATCHED HIM! At the end of Crysis 2.
I see people here underestimating Nano suits power. u seriously need to play crisis game to know what nano suit is capable of.
CoolAmit Lifestyle thank you. I honestly don't believe that there is a predator that can bent the nanosuit.
Aiden Roberson predator no...other super soldiers hell yes
crysis 3 ps3
defense ability makes you invincible,or almost atleast
Well considering that at the end of Crysis 2, Alcatraz goes up against a bunch of Ceph which are pretty damn similar to Predator (cloak, claws etc) and beats them all, it was obvious he would curb stomp Predator.
And you need to watch the movies and play the games to know what predator is capable of too.
Prophet is worth putting into an actual death abttle
Yeah but they would need to say which game. Crysis 1, 2 or 3 as each (technically) has a different guy.
Here's a stupid idea. Prophet vs Hulk. I REALLY would like to see that fight.
Jarrod Suggs. 10 predators would kick propher ass!!!
CarlitosX21 Primal
Nah fam,Prophet alone to able to take on armies of extremely trained aliens at once and come out on top,10 Predators even on the Elite-Elder rank would absolutely get shitstomped hard
Damn I'm disappointed just bc I'm a Predator fanboy but that was sick. Solid animation as well
Mitchell Rossman Just know that predator lost to a guy who survived a fall from space.
Mitchell Rossman indent know the guy that went against the predator, but I had a feeling he was gonna win.
I lost respect for Predator after he came out in an Archie crossover arch (Made by darkhorse) Archie beat the Predator....to add salt to the wound its been made cannon
I don't care what anyone says, nothing from Archie Comics can ever be canon.
Archie comics?
This battle reminded me how badass prophet was in Crysis 2.
Titanium Fuse Alcatraz*
Titanium Fuse
You mean Alcatraz Profit pretended to off him self to make more moves against the enemys
well tehnically the suit still used Prophet's memories and slowly transformed Alky into him so
and let me remind you, alcatraz was just some random half dead marine put into the suit
@bing bingbung I'm saying that Alcatraz was literally some half-dead marine put into the suit. I have no idea what you are asking.
If Danny Glover can beat a predator, anyone can.

To be fair, he was using one of the Predator's own weapons against him.
Also, Predators are not all the same strength.

danny glover goay
Predator should have fought Meta from Red vs Blue.
I would pay good money 2 c that.
YT YT yeah that would be good
YT YT Yeah but we all know Meta would win
YT YT you think prophet should of fought meta instead? i mean he to has an "AI"
prophet vs metawuld have been a bit better
The reason prophet won because he fought the the ceth and the nanosuit has more tactical and defensive capabilities
he won because they didnt care who won lol
Yes and didn't they say in the game in crysis 2 o3 idk if the suit is uncontrolled it could have power limited to the users imagination? Basically you having limitless power?
The 2nd one had a longer power life
He won because he went vs a child using the equivalent of a sling shot. Had he went against a elite or a elder, he would have been destroyed.
James Billings nope still would of won
The Predator can't handle enhanced strength and armor greater than his own, so this was a pretty accurate fight
For sure, he's fighting someone who already has experience in fighting aliens, and will adapt to their tactics/attacks
Plus the suit will scan and adapt to the species making it impossible for the predator to fight him a second time
Damn!! That was brutal!! Show it again!!!
UltraThriller 001 i see what you did there
UltraThriller 001 That's familiar, but I can't remember from where it was
ThE dRuNk SkUnK Batman vs Spider-Man
They should do that battle again but with research and see who would win.
Let me tell you predator fans on what your dealing with here
:A suit that can regenerate at incredible speeds (perhaps faster than wolverines healing factor)
:Took a million volt sniper round to the face and lives
:Survives extreme heat and cold conditions that not even the predator can survive
:Can react before thought because of the A.I. That he has
:The suit can literally adapt to any situation
And basically was made to take out aliens in general
(Don't even think about arguing with me I've made my points and I'll keep my belief that prophet will beat predator in a death battle)
Neon Vader I really doubt that Prophet's healing factor is stronger than Wolverine's though. Or else Crysis' gameplay would be stupid.
Neon Vader It's not the same as regenerating bullet shots, severed limbs, skin, or completely from a drop of blood though.
Jacob Ortiz bullets do not pierce nanosuit tho
Hey look, a good DBX! Who would've thought?
Flesh Maze Tango most of the 2d one where good
*Good 3D DBX. The 2D ones are usually really good anyway.
the alucard was not.
Rin - Sakura one was godawful.

These arent feats of any sort just some statements thats all not solid ones either pred has vastly superior feats btw
Wait Heat Vision? Don't you mean Thermal? Heat Vision is like Superman's laser eyes.

U heard the man. Make it happen.
Leo Jakšić Well if they use Arbiter for Death battle, they should use "Scarface" predator from Predator concrete jungle.
Bane Boskovic up
Leo Jakšić That's not a bad idea even though for research based I'd want to see alien vs predator but Meh I am curious on who'd win in a battle between arbiter & predator
also what if predator could find more uses for the plasma caster? so many possibilities. ;)
Stormtali his arsenal could make this so easy, mines, new plasmacasters, better wristblades, a lot of new projectiles shown in concrete jungle, btw, this dwarf predator can't even win a xenomorph

1:46 favorite line from the crisis trilogy
Alcatraz wins because the suit is also made of alien tech designed by insanely smart people with near unlimited resources. The suit not only enhances the user but has evolved to adapt to situations it encounters as well. The predator is also vastly powerful with it's strength and unmatched tech but they thrive in guerilla/tribal like hunting tactics. In a straight up fight, which is how the fight went. Its exposed body parts would be mercilessly exploited by prophet who has become a near undying, constantly evolving killing machine.
Ryan Galon also it can fuse to damage tissue to repair it
Joshua Ngau Ajang not sure
Please, do a death battle between Alice (Resident Evil) vs Selene (Underworld)
Characters from funny bad movies? Sound like a good idea.
I think that would work better as a DBX.
Federico Barreri Ok, that's your opinion. I still wanna see as a death battle.
Spencer Sharpe Manoto17 Also, thanks for agreeing.
Lucy Elfen Lied sounds like a good one
this was like a Real DEATH BATTLE
The predator is good, but prophet from Crysis is the best
Another thing I love about ScrewAttack is that they introduce me to a lot of interesting characters. I'd never even heard of Prophet or Crysis, yet just from this video I can tell he's a badass.
1:31 wait you can't be invisible from the Predator he has thermal vision I am confused. can someone explain this? he even has a vision to see other people using invisible cloak aka seeing other Predator's
Blader ZYeYO prophets cloak is invisible to all sorts of detection and hides thermal heat
grim reaper4959 Predator can detect any type of frequency and on top of that as Travis Mays stated he has sonar. so prophets cloak would have no effect with sonar.. so how would he hide?
+Blader ZYeYO Reminder that no research was actually done. The animator was likely just taking liberties.
The nano suit would be invisable to his detection
L.D.R+ how Predator can detect any type of frequency and thy are the most advanced species in the galaxy for technology. on top of that their sonar is hundreds of years ahead of are own technology.

Nanosuit 2 didn't have that anymore.
Speed and Strength are combined into Power mode in the N2.
I'm pretty sure speed mode is activated only when sprinting. At least in the 2nd game. Kind of a bummer. Wished they kept it.
@@adamsarufan2656 They made Crysis 2 slower because of urban area and consoles, in Crysis 3 however, he has unlimited sprint energy.
Might as well put this here,
Even if this was researched the outcome would be he same.
Anyway his feat for falling is nice, but its not going to change how dark plasma effects him, nor do i think he can survive that amount of heat from a blazer or double blazer.
tbh prophet deserved the bout against chief instead of doomguy 100x over again

Prophet rotfstomps Chief
Chief gets bbced while doomguy will do a lil trolling
If he would have absorbed external Ceph energy , the Nanosuit would've blown it away in one punch.

Notice how when the Predator hit him full force in the head, his wrist blade completely shatters, but when Prophet does the same, he knocks Pred out like a punching bag
Hi I beg you please do more confrontations like this I really love Crysis your video is a masterpiece

We will always remember you Alcatraz Forever in our hearts
Somehow, The Predator's able to use his blaster like Ember Celica
Wow, I wasn't the only one who thought of that. #YangInThere
This ones actually fair enough. Predator's are certainly tougher than any human but even in the films they often rely on ambush tactics and tech a lot of the time. Not good against a straight up fight with a nano-suit.
V wrong
They're dealing with someone who already has experience fighting off an alien invasion and who will adapt to their tactics thanks to the nanosuit which is also alien tech.
techinacally prophet was a man inside of the nanosuit in crysis, in crysis 2, he kills himself and a guy called alcatraz gets the suit. in crysis three, prophet takes back the nanosuit and inhabits alcatraz's body.

Predator has a micro nuclear bomb,so the worst thing is they both died
He can't activate it if he's been crushed under a pillar and both arms can't make contact to reach the device; Predators should have developed a failsafe and have it activate in the event their life is extinguished, and have a timer set up so other predators or allies in the vicinity have a chance to escape to a safe distance.
OmegaBlack2609 dude they have the timer just not the fail safe
Eric Logan yeah I agree the device would've been smashed making it explode
Smashing a nuke won't set it off; it needs some kind of explosion to start the reaction.
but with how hard he punches he could prob smash it in one hit that would mix/smash the nuke so it would expload(sry i dont know how nukes work
This was actually a great match-up,Should be a DB.

This needs to be a real death battle!
Thank you for saying "Prophet from Crysis", until now I just called him "the Crysis guy". Have never played any of the games, sadly.
BadassFreeman If you ever find the time I highly recommend giving them a try, it's an insanely good series.
Any of the games in particular? I mean, I could try some during the Steam winter sales, but I've heard both people praising the game and people saying that the last ones weren't that special.
start in order. crysis 1, warhead, 2 then 3. they are a ton of fun.
It would if you haven't played any of the games.
before I watch this I wanna say the nanotechnology suit person wins cause that suit can harden and be super strong so he could absorb some of predators attacks
I was right whoop
Joshua Eastham You should also know that everyone that played Crysis knows this already.
Joshua Eastham when Dbx is better animated than death battle
Joshua Eastham The predators attacks can do critical damage to suit which it can drain energy.
Actually the suit would just deflect his attacks
Mark Zhang is an animator you guys should showcase more often.
That guy's got skills.
Man I LOVE Prophet's voice! He just sounds like a lifeless killing machine.
Gotta admit he does, "Got some more power"
"Critical threat, neutralised"
He kinda reminds me of Triborg from Mortal Kombat X when he says "Inferior being" and also the similarity between their voices.
Aztec Yautja Exactly! The Predator wasn't even close to being nearly portrayed at his full potential. I call a rematch!!!
Pulse Spear +ImmortalNinja456
In regards to ImmortalNinja, well in that case, Alxatrax will be at this very moment, extremely resistant to kinetic and perhaps even heat damage.
Prophet basically kills predators in every crysis game 😂😂
elite and militray level predators scale to universal level threats will kill prophet pretty easily
