As a Peruvian i must tell you that i live in a poor country. But i'm happy that despite our problems my people did their best to give you the help you needed.
Daniel véliz otani You live in a great caring country be proud . This would not happen in Europe. Respect from Canada 🇨🇦
i'm so proud with your country

Not only dutch authorities and KLM deserves all credits : the Peruvians did a great job too ( well organised ) !
It was great to see how a poor country like Peru is able to organise itself well enough in this crisis. Kudos to all those who helped Noralie to get through. The driver deserves extra credit. Romero, right?
@@sasmenonI really wish that Brazil could be so agile and organized like our neighbors.
@Viktor Sligo Right, UK companies only use planes

@Viktor Sligo good 7 months of winter in scotland this winter longest winter iv seen in 60 years..
@Viktor Sligo same there too ?
Throughout the process, all I saw was that Peruvians police and people were trying their best to help you go to Lima even though they were under tremendous of pressure themselves. The gentleman drove you to Lima was fantastic. He was really trying to keep his commitment to send you to Lima under such condition. I only saw good will. It’s really amazing to see how Peruvians treated visitors with good will even in such condition. I am really impressed and moved. Thank you very much, Peruvians police and people.
The Peruvians were so well organised, friendly and nice. Well done!
Thanks for your nice words towards Peru. Greetings Lima 🇵🇪

Hard to imagine that 36 people thus far have turned thumbs down on Noraly's video. How can anyone not like this positive, always smiling woman? She is an inspiration to all of us the way she has carried through these last couple of very rough weeks. Hope to see her back on her bike once Peru opens up again.
Dan Koon I think they had tears of joy in their eyes and accidentally hit the down button
They are screwball keyboard fool’s who have never been out of their mothers house let alone on a motorcycle trip
Tim Chapman 😂😂😂😂
Dan Koon yep. Unbelievable!!!
As I read this there are 17K thumbs up, and 75 thumbs down, but they are morons.(and I am sure they're proud of it)
Noraly, every attitude of yours in front of life, proves that you do have a home: the whole planet is your home. And you bought it with your smile, with your positivism and courage. And as travel companions we can tell you: you are an inspiration for all of us.
Perfectly expressed, I second that!
Very impressed with how organized they were in Peru.
Thanks for your nice words towards Peru. Greetings from 🇵🇪
I learned a lot from Noraly. About different places and how countries are very similar. For instance, I thought Peru would be way behind the times. It is not. Peru looks very nice. I'm impressed how well Peru is handing this situation.
Thanks for your nice words towards Peru. Greetings from 🇵🇪
Yes. Extremely professional, and even kind, at times. Kudos, Peru.
Is there anybody who was not impressed, who wouldn't be, so called developed countries should take note. Clockwork.
Thanks so much my friend. USA
I agree. The country’s government looks like its trying to protect its citizens and taking this threat seriously. Kudos to Peru.
Noraly, My husband discovered your channel about a month ago (S6) and you were entering the US on your way to AK. We spent 20 summers in AK, so we were attracted to your channel because of that. This video (S2 E76) was the culmination of a lot of compassion for you - it brought me to tears. After watching the end of S6 - your arrival at the Arctic Ocean ❤, I went to S1, watched it and am now in S2. Thank goodness I have a long way to go until I'm caught up!! You are an amazing woman - such a joy to follow!! You always are bubbly, happy, even under stressful conditions. I doubt you read all the comments, but I needed to say this. Praying that you will stay safe and healthy at all times.
When the plane landed the clapping was different than in normal times, this really sounded like the people were happy to be back in the Netherlands.
Glad you made it home! The Dutch authorities and KLM did a awesome job. The police and army in Peru really do serve and protect everyone. I am really impressed by them. When this is all over I will try to visit Peru.
So I'm late to this channel, but have to say it comes as no surprise to me that the Peruvian people stepped up to help tourists all along the way, they are on the whole a wonderful people and my two month visit there in 1983 was one of my best adventures ever. Kudos Peru.
4.30 am in Australia and wide awake, social isolation has the benefits of limiting chances of catching the virus but think we are all slowly going bonkers😳🤪
Is only an hour since Noraly has posted this vlog and already 42k+ views, that says a lot about how many genuine followers are interested in Noraly’s safety and well-being. I feel that the faithful followers Noraly has, we would view a video of paint drying just to hear her positive take on it.
As soon as it is safe to do so we hope Noraly gets back on the bike and resumes her adventures, series #1 was good, this series is awesome..
It’s worrying times for the world at large but we will get through this, in saying that ,I feel Noraly’s loved ones are probably relieved that she is back home, safe and well.
@VolDep45 I Respect Australia, but, youse were always Bonkers, in a good way
matt klein that’s hilarious 🤪😳🤣👍
The enthusiasm with which Itchy Boots faces everything, enlightens my soul.
So true!!!
Watched your entire repatriation series. I felt a great deal of sadness watching you go through what seemed like a never-ending ordeal. How remarkable that you held up so well under all that stress. Have only recently discovered your channel so I have a lot of catching up to do. No problem though. I am fully retired, in my late 70s and this is how I travel the world. BTW, want to comment on the quality of your videos. Quite frequently I will pause a video to closely examine what's on the screen. With the quality of your videos, I always get a clear picture on freeze frame. You also seem to be quite handy with that drone but you never show it in your videos (unless it's in an episode I haven't seen yet.) You do fabulous work - good photography, great narratives and superb editing. Looking forward to many more hours of your handiwork. Giving you a big HOWDY from the great state of Texas.

Friday with Itchy boots.....so nice to see your smile.....and " home" SAFE

Europe and the USA are the last two places I would want to be right now. I suppose if she has family there that's one thing but I would rather take my chances being quarantined in Peru.
@@utecastronoova863 Peru is desperately trying to control the outbreak by locking down, but look to Ecuador to see what an uncontrolled outbreak in a country without the medical resources of a western nation looks like. If it _does_ start to spread in Peru, there will be no stopping it, & they don't have the medical infrastructure to treat people. The death rate is 2% when the 10% that need it can get advanced medical treatment including ICU care if they need it. If they _can't_ then death rates are apocalyptic. If the worst happened & Norally did catch the virus, she'd want to be in Europe not Peru...
@@fat_biker She took more chances getting on that flight and going back home than she would have staying IMO. Netherlands didn't lock down and people were going on their business while Spain and Italy had their crisis. Well I hope she's alright but imo Netherlands is going to be in big trouble soon. Time will tell.
@@utecastronoova863 What do you think is going on in south america in one or two month? They have not the Health care system, not the amount of Klinic beds, not the amount of respiratory stations as we have in Europe. Sorry for saying that, but a lot of People will die there.
Thank you to Ramiro for such a long trip, the Peruvian police and government, military and all those people checking documentation etc and organising boarding, the Dutch embassy, KLM, their pilots and flight attendants and anyone else getting Noraly and all people home safe, worldwide.
Huge shout out to all of those involved in efforts to return citizens home in this time of crisis👍🏻 Glad to see you safe and sound Noraly !! 🙏🏻🇨🇦💪🏻
Looks like the Peruvian authorities were quite well organized along with the Dutch Embassy staff!
Yes, the Peruvian authorities seemed quite organized. She lucked out that she was not in Ecuador. They say the current government there seems to have thrown the ball over the cliff when it came to handling this crisis. Even Colombia and Peru sent military troops to there border region with Ecuador. Even Bolivia seems to be handling this crisis well.
Good job Peru very professional, the Army, Police, Doctors,Nurses, Border Services, Airport workers, Food Serve Workers, Cleaners, And well done to your pick-up-trucker driver. World Class job well done. BRAVO!
Well, you can't deny that the last 7 or 8 episodes have also been a hell of adventure!
It's good to know that people in Perú are doin' things right and that you made it safe to Netherlands.
People clapping on the plane *Goosebumps*
Superb effort by Dutch embassy and Peruvian people and authorities to help Noraly to evacuate from Peru.
Damn straight
Yep out of the frying pan and into the fire of densely populated Europe. Time will tell if she made the right choice.
@@utecastronoova863 depends on how one looks at it.. logically you are right..but emotionally I think she is drained out...from her standpoint she is correct..it's better to be with your loved ones and support.. them..instead of getting stuck in some corner of the earth...moreover, almost all countries are affected by COVID 19...
@@utecastronoova863 She definitely did in my opinion (not that it matters).
Holland is a developed country, Perú is not.
She is duch, her family is there, she should be there with her family and not alone in a third world country (or in development or whatever that's called)
The virus is going to be bad everywhere, better to be in a place you know, with people you know and with a government that works than anywhere else.
I say all of this from experience. I live in one of those latin american countries that suffers greatly normally, but in a pandemic, gets extra bad. I wish I could be in a first world country with better health systems and government
I have to be honest, I have always hated when people claps after planes have landed. But now...
I still hate them.
What?
Did you expect me to change my mind? No way. It's stupid. 😂😅
Workers in Peru did an amazing job too I guess taking you to the plane...
Noraly, my husband found your channel last summer and was instantly hooked on your amazing adventures. It was with anticipation that he watched each episode and would watch them again with me later. We watched your emotional journey back to the Netherlands with tears of joy that you had made it safely to your family after weeks of quarantine in Peru. It is with sadness on my part, that he passed away suddenly on 4/11 from a heart attack with no prior sign or warning. I dare say he was your biggest fan and told countless people about your channel. I have subscribed now that I may keep up with you and your next steps.
@Sandy Butler I don't know if you will receive the RUclips flag that you have a reply, but I cast it out into the cosmos: praying that journey through the dark valley of grieving has gone smoothly, that you are adjusting to your "new normal," and that you are doing well now 3 years later. May the Loving Lord God Almighty bless you with the Peace that surpasses all human understanding. Blessings.
In no other episodes of yours have I felt as emotional as when watching this one...well done, to Peru, to the Dutch Government and to you Noraly!
Glad to see that you made it safe back to your home. I’ve been sharing your journey to my maxitrail motorcycle club; If you ever come back to Lima, let me know and my friends and I will be happy to have a dinner with you to share some of your experiences traveling all over the world. Also, if you need help with your motorcycle here in Perú, we will be more than happy to assist you. Stay safe and brave!
Very nice!
Max Tong That is a great thing to offer. 👍🏻
On the break from South Afr, came back to watch these 5 - 6 episodes on repatriation. They are the most thrilling roller coaster rides for you and me. The kind of up and down you went through, I would have just cried, but your courage gave me strength. Hats off to Juan at the hostel and to the Dutch Govt to keep you safe and bring you back. So sad it ended the way it did. But, through your lenses, I saw more of the real world with real people. After watching each vlog, I get up, kick-start my 70 cc bike and ride around town with all your vlogs running through my mind. Your South Afr vlogs, I feel guilty watching them for free, they are so good. If youtube has a donate button, please activate it!
Thank you for being there, this world is a better place with you in it. Ride on the good ride 👍💖
The Eagle has Landed... Phew..
The whole journey home I think she is always dealing with very capable people... Peruvian & Dutch... Really impressive.
@J G Yep. I heard as an American you can be repatriated but there's a charge of $2500.00. Then you return to a country without PPE (even masks), sanitizer, alcohol, or toilet paper.
