Following a signal from his tracking device placed on a helicopter, Spidey follows them to a train yard, where he pursues a train while fending off Sandman. The briefcase-carrying figure, Beetle, makes his getaway, delivering Electro the briefcase containing the special harness device. Electro sends out Hammerhead to capture a doctor of the Bio-Lab to question her on a jewel needed for the harness to operate fully. Connors explains that the harness, developed by the doctor, enhances the bio-electrics of the user, making it immensely dangerous in Electro's hands.
