- The video and studio version of the song Swashbuckle, A Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl mash-up. remains unreleased. I used Pogo's official video from a live show, edited it with the studio version of the song.

+crazysheriff101 Disney commissioned him to make several songs and for reasons unknown refused to authorize this one for release.
+Wesley Foxx that's because disney wasn't the only one who made the pirates of the caribbean series. jerry bruckheimer produced the whole series, so he's probably preventing Pogo from releasing it.
Where did you find the studio version? I'm asking because RUclips's audio quality isn't the very best there ever was.
I found it a long time ago, youtube audio quality is excellent now. compared to years ago. i think it sounds fine imo. compared to the ariel unreleased that i also found anyway there is a huge difference in the quality. this being much better
So there's other ones that Disney pulled? How did he just release "the trouble" and have no issues there? Sorry I'm still just confuzzled on the matter
Michael Gress I assume it's the sub companies of Disney like this one is like Bruckheimer films or something? Maybe they were the ones to pull it not Disney themselves. And Ariel was supposed to be released with the Blu-Ray for the film but just never happened.
i believed what happened is when Nick or pogo toured through canda and the u.s. he forgot about something passport related was arrested and removed from the states he planed on releaseing this on his youtube page and all that but after the incident due to weird copyright violation from disney they own the rights to this song thats why he can't official release it there is more info. on the matter but i believe thats what happened
+Michael Gress I'm presuming that he was commissioned by Disney to make the various songs, which is why they would have control over how they were released. 'The Trouble', 'What I Likes' and whatnot, being made afterwards, aren't.
I recommend taking down this video. You're liable to have lawsuit charges brought upon Nick.
