Individual and Systemic Risk, How to Report and Respond to Serious Incidents is presented by Office of Licensing and the Office of Provider Development to all licensed DBHDS providers. Through this training, licensed Providers will gain understanding of CHRIS reporting expectations; helpful information and reminders regarding the Specialized Investigation Unit; knowledge of addressing in WaMS v3.3 ISP; be inspired by Serious Incident Report examples with recommendations for mitigation of risk strategies and corrective action; gain knowledge of Care Concern Criteria; monitoring serious Incidents through Risk Management and Quality Improvement and Licensing Reports.
