Happy listening to your teaching after a gap of around 6 years sir. We had a peripheral posting at Stanley when you were a professor there . Had the good fortune of experiencing the taste of hand surgery, which helped me and my patient s a long way ..... Keep inspiring us Karthikeyan sir . Sir, my injury is shown by MRI to be "inflammation of the flexor tendons". My line of work involves lifting heavy equipment. My injury is very similar to a rock-climber when he hangs from his fingers and 'stretches' the tendons and perhaps other tissues. I cannot make a fist. I cannot close my hands. Now atrophy in my hand musculature from inability to grasp/grip/squeeze anything has accelerated and my hands are getting deformed. I've seen two hand specialists but all they wanted to do was inject the tendons with corticosteroids. Two very, very painful injections did not help. No improvement at all. What would be the solution to my injuries?
Ok, its time to say a big thank you for all your lectures. Please continue the great work. I would love a video to explain the planning of local flaps according to RTLS and laxity. Furthermore, is the flap that you re gonna use for local reconstruction determined by the shape of the defect after the excision or just anatomical area? Thanks
I am really impressed getting your video it's really easy and well explain thank you for these vedio sir❤

The flap I plan will depend on BOTH the shape of the defect and the anatomical area!
