Thank you so much Dr. Matthew, your videos have helped me recover from my knee injury, when Physio wasn’t available during lockdown. God bless🙏🏼

It drives me crazy that professional physiotherapists just "throw" exercises on the internet for rehab after an injury without any guidance. They don't even tell you the phases and steps of it. I'm so so glad that I got this guide in step by step process.

Thank you for this. Helpful. I cannot bare any weight on my operated leg due to stitches in my meniscus for four weeks however the others were helpful.

Dr. Mathew, I had my (ACL, right knee) surgery 2 month ago, still can’t perform basic exercises. Swelling is still around my knee. At the moment I’m getting physical therapy 3 times a week. Can’t take a steps and getting up from sitting is still difficult. What I do to fix it and recover?. Went to surgeon and he said to me that, everything is fine , just continue your therapy. I’m watching your channel and doing few exercise. Thanks for uploads. Any suggestions would be great 👍. Thanks .

Hey man I just acl surgery on my right knee too. Don’t worry about it man people progress on their own time. You may want to try icing your knee after every time you work it out to reduce the swelling and by doing that pain should subside too

Question: what is the timeline for each phase?

J D should I start phase one 3 weeks AFTER surgery? Or should I actually be starting week 1 within days? I’m a heavy set woman so I want to be as safe as possible
