Yes you can. What I would do is have two or more User Input fields setup in the ManyChat flow. Once you have collected the last custom field (say you were getting email and phone - phone was the last one) I would tag the user as DONE. Then in Zapier your trigger for ManyChat would be Tagged User - that would fire the Zap. Hope that helps!
is there a way to get the first name as well as the email address zapped across in corresponding fields in the spreadsheet. that way the emails are of a bit more use when u can address them as Hey .........,
