I love all your videos. You really have the full knowledge of the subject matter. I knew nothing about python but applied for a job and i was given a project on classification analysis while python was the software to use for the analysis, this was at the interview stage. This man's videos helped me out from data munging to modeling ( logistic and classification tree). I sincerely appreciates all the videos. God bless

2 minutes IN and already feel like this is going to be an awesome series. Did watched other videos from the channel, superb work. Very clear and easy to understand. Thanks
Very Proud to say that this is an Indian channel, instructure is far better than those who teach on bigger flatform like udemy, Coursera, edx, udacity etc. Currently, I'm learning all libraries then after I'll go through machine learning tutorials. Very excited to learn all these form same instructure at one place. Thank You "Codebasics" for such a wonderful open-source platform.
best video to understand pandas. if someone really want to use this library while during use python language on anaconda tool .just go in your command prompt and type conda install pandas . it will install own self in the machine . thanks you so much codebasics
I have only gone through 3 videos and it feels like I have known Panda for years. Your teaching is simple and devoid of unnecessary distractions. Thanks for this series. I am definitely subscribing. My lack of Pandas knowledge has robbed me of some cool job opportunities. This is about the best way to get to learn it. Thanks.
I'd probably throw out the NaN rows when calculating average wind speed, versus setting to zero. No doubt pandas makes that just as easy. You have impressive command of your subject.
Excellent video. I love the way you gave the motivation by showing Excel, direct Python code, and then how to do it with Pandas. I very much appreciate the bird's eye view to start things off. You got a new subscriber.
Very well explained. It’s better than any of online courses or channel. Content of video is straight through. Easy to understand for any kind of programmer.
Your videos are very easy to understand. Today I have learned Matplotlib from your videos and now learning Pandas. I'll make sure to subscribe and like your videos without you asking me because I can never get such a simple explanation anywhere. I have few more request please make videos on Scikit-Learn, Web Scraping and Machine learning. Thank you so much for all these videos.
You are excellent buddy. Happy to see someone explaining every topic both literature and the codes so patiently and broadly. I learned a lot and signed for the playlist Do u also have other tutorials on DATA SCIENCE like - DATA COLLECTION via diffrent source, DATA CLEANING, making sense and prediction.. Anyways this one is great.
7:12 in this case I think it is a better option to not take into account the missing values of wind speed when calculating the mean, because if you replace the N/A by 0 and take them into account for the mean, then you are saying that in those days the wind was at 0 speed which is false, you are introducing outliers which move the mean toward them...
Data Analytics is the process of finding the patterns/trends in the data after preprocessing it. Pandas is a python module that makes data analysis extremely simpler and effective. Although Excel can give us the most features, it is not scalable for large data sets and not much interactive. So next choice is python, but we need to write more lines of code. So now came pandas, python library which is shorter in syntax and easy to learn offering more features which are ready made. Data cleaning - process of making messy data like missing values, outliers etc.. to proper data so that it can be used for next step. Dataframe- Dataframe is a pandas data structure which stores tabular like data and provides many inbuilt methods for manipulating the data. Data preprocessing includes cleaning some missing data, transforming some column values etc..., Data cleaning is also known as Data munging or Data wrangling.
well done Sir ! but i have a question about 'df.fillna(0,inplace=true)' suppose it was question marks? ('?') because sometimes the missing data are marked by '?'
Can you explain in some future video, the code, you have written instead of using pandas (timestamp: 2:37)? Your tutorials are very helpful, also for me. Thank you very much!
can you suggest me which course is better,,,,because im totally confused,,,some peoples say that orcale(sql and pl slq) are best,,then other group says python(django) are best,,,can you help me????????
Sir what kind of operation that we will be needed to analyze data, which is not in Excel. I understand the size issue but it would be easy if you give operations which is need but not in Excel. Thanks
By the way, I have developed codes with distributed cluster computers using MPI4PY. Now I am running heavy computing tasks on many LAN connecred computers in parallel in my computer lab.
Sir, can a student go through this series for the basic learning also...i.e. if the student have no idea about what is programming..... Please reply.....🙏🙏
to replace WindSpeedMPH's columns NaN values, you may need to use >>> df['WindSpeedMPH'].fillna(0, inplace=True), if you use fillna for the df itself, it will repalce every columns NaN to 0, even string values in the other columns
Hello sir, If I want to get say all records from the table when the temperature was max, and if I do - df[df['Temperature'].max()] it gives error. May I understand why? But If I pass it like this, it works - df[df['Temperature']==df['Temperature'].max()]

Great tutorial.... Is there anyway to EVALUATE the inside or any part of formulas before running the formula??? Like while writing DAX in Power BI, we can able to EVALUATE through DAX Studio. In Excel, there is an F9 key for Evaluating the inside of the formula. Kindly guide in this context. Thank you Sir.
Can someone help? I am not able to load any csv, xlsx file. I get the errors like : Unicode can't read the file or File does not exist. I saw using r before file name on some website it didn't worked either. I have a really hard time doing it. Please help!
Please advise on this. For example we have 10 rows of values that is random numbers and in columns, we have col1, col2, col3, col4. I need to pick the minimum row wise value first, and then pick out name of the column header for all the series, how can we do it in Python???? I know how to do it in Excel, we can do it by MATCH and INDEX functions in Excel, but how can we do it in Python, once data is read in Python. I was going to make the same comment, and I'm relieved to see the video author agree that coalescing Null values to 0 is a bad idea

+1
Since three months i am doing codint Python and some time pandas but your pandas tutorials wonderful and supper thanks
DS with PYTHON on Coursera made me frustrated! Then I found ur videos! Thank You sir! I'm motivated & learning with ease now!
Glad you found these tutorials easy to follow 😊
You are very skilled at explaining this information. Some of the better code explanations I have seen on youtube! I look forward to learning more!
Sir thank you so much ,you made me fan of being data scientist.
I sincerely appreciate all of your work. I am gaining a lot of knowledge from these tutorials.

Amazing amazing 👏🏼👏🏼 ... I've watched many of videos on programming and python etc but yours videos provide better clarity.

I had the same thought. Those points should be left out altogether, and so the higher wind speed value in pandas by default makes more sense.
Thank you for the crisp and crystal clear explanations. Love your videos Sir.
This is best Pandas Tutorial on YT
Both your examples are very useful to understand basics of python and pandas. Thank you very much!
how do I get this data set?
The CSV file on your GitHub is not downloadable, pls help

Your way of teaching is appreciable.
I'll be thankful to you if possible to provide any material for pandas,scipy.
Thank you🌎🙂
very great introduction, sir 👍🏻👍🏻
hi i need to ask about quantile() used with DataFrame means how to calculate the given value
for example
if i have
df = pd.DataFrame({"A":[1, 5, 3, 4, 2],
"B":[3, 2, 4, 3, 4],
"C":[2, 2, 7, 3, 4],
"D":[4, 3, 6, 12, 7]})
df.quantile(.2, axis = 0)
how A=1.8
what formula they use
or how 1.8 for A will come
plz help me out
is python necessary for data analysis.
Thank You Sir, great explanation...
sir i used all the steps , but when i use the entire location from my drive as mentioned at 3:57 , it shows "file not found".
I need help please, because myself can't transfer file excel for the software as you present on video.
