I have begun my upper division courses for EEE product design at CSU Sacramento. It took over two years to get there, but I’m here finally. I am excited to begin looking for internships. Thank you for putting KEB on another veterans radar.
I got an interview next week for electrical design engineer position and I have 0 clue about what this job is😂
Thank you so much for this video! Although, I have a question, what programming languages, softwares and skill sets did Jacob have to know to be accepted for this internship. Thanks!
👍💪
Hi everyone! I'm power systems analysis engineer (power systems engineer). I have a bachelor's degree that is not recognized in the USA and I do not have any visa to work in the USA. what are the chances that I can move to work in the USA?
nice video jacob, my question is "is ur internship programme open to abroad students coz am currently in uganda?"
i may not be good per now but atleasst i know the basics like PLC programming, some micro controllllers programming
Our internships are limited to students who have the ability to work here. They would need to be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship as well.
You can always message our HR department to see if you can qualify for an internship here: HR@kebamerica.com

I have always been interested in Engineering & technical activities, calculations, designing. At site work Im not getting opportunity to perform these tasks. Hence I have decided to work as Electrical Design engineer. Request everyone to advice how to get into Electrical design with 13 yrs construction experience..
Nice video, do you need to know coding, to be an electrical design engineer?
I don't know if it's required, but if you look at this website you'll read this advice for electrical engineers:
"As electrical engineers, if you learn one programming language, it should be C/C++. You need it to program the microcontrollers, configure the registers, and you’ll be designing and writing test firmware to exercise various parts of the circuit." www.allaboutcircuits.com/technical-articles/Python-vs-C-C-which-language-electrical-engineers-why-learn-Python
