Sennheiser has the MK2002 binaural (way more $$ though). I remember them from the 70's when I believe they first came out and they where amazing. Can't remember what the model number was back then.
The only weirdness was when you snapped your right hand it was coming out of might right headphone which is the inverse of what I was visually seeing. So for vlogging situations like this it's probably better if audio from the mics for the vlogger/talent wearing the mics was reversed
yes, that is weird because you essentially heard what I heard. So normally you want to mount this mic on the camera operators head so you are hearing it from the camera's perspective if the operator is right behind the camera.

That is because of their wired connection will be hidden because it's worn by the camera's operator, behind the lens array. I'm assuming that the wire would be visible if shot with a 360 degree camera. Thanks again!
Interesting product and form factor. But the lac of low cut filter in your mix ends up with a really enjoying sound floor with a lot of hum and sound like heartbeat, cable sounds and brown noise even in the controlled environment.

so the way this is used is by wearing them on your head and walk around? can it be mounted on a boom pole or something? is there a version of these mics that are mounted on tripod or a boom pole and walk around with? is there a version of this mics made by others that can also provide different polar patterns that can be used for a dialog scene or sounds coming directly from the front? and lastly can they be used to record instruments or a version of this that can be used for recording instruments?
Unfortunately in order to capture the way sound bounces and enters a human ear it has to be mounted on a human head. There are other much more expensive spatial mics that also do this but they are huge since essentially they created a human like head with mics embedded inside of it. So those more expensive mics you can mount on a boom pole or stand but it has to be sturdy since it's a big and heavy mic.

if you ran the audio cable along the handle to the 360 camera then it wouldn't be visible since that is automatically erased by the camera's software
