Citroën 2cv Sahara: chassis restauration

Restauration du chassis d'une Citroën 2cv Sahara (4x4), avec ses renforts spécifiques.
Un peu de formage à la Nibbler (Pullmax), un peu de roue anglaise, du pliage, retreint, soudure ect... on s'est bien amusé. On entamme dans la foulée le boulot sur la caisse, qui demandera pas mal de boulot aussi.

How much allowance for corrugations drawing metal strips together lengthwise was calculated?

I have nothing calculated: I started from a strip too long, I started the corrugations by the center by remeasuring each time the intervals, then I cut the rest.
