Last patch didn’t touch kazuya so I would say yes, however maybe this video has been recorded during beta so I suggest you double check in practice mode

Good video but basically... there is no counter play to the king of cheese. Make a mistake? Whiff? Eat a 1,1,2 to Casino Royale 50/50 95% safe mix up game. Kazuya is simply too cheap. No counter play since they removed the ability to SS him. MiCheeseMas are too OP and cheap.
