Seeing as you always say that none of the cars are garage queens, I’d say maybe take the same view with this watch, they’re meant to be worn and used, not just stored away in their boxes! Really liking the videos so far! Cheers
really a stunning watch and just love there a story behind it. Watches are special for me if they have a story no matter how much they cost or how old.
Shmee! I've watched your vids for over 10 years. Please improve the angles on this channel! We can't appreciate the dials and components of the watches (That's the interesting part!) All best to you!
Couldn’t agree more. I mentioned this on your last video about the MoonSwatch. You have an excellent way of presenting the information but it is all dulled by the camera work. Take your time…
I still find the Mille Miglia movie you made one of the best "experience" video's you've made, it is very underrated. Nice to see a timepiece adds to the memories of that time! As for this channel, I love that you are showing the watches, being a big enthusiast myself. A tip of how to add to these. Write down a few highlight features and take some close ups of that (caseback, dial, complications, crown) to show. A great watch channel is London Watch Collector. You might find some inspiration there. As he's very busy he can't make content too often, but the quality is there. Looking forward to your other pieces and the stories that go with them.
More great watch content! Thank you for the taking time to go through your collection Tim. Ever since I saw your Daytona I knew this channel was bound to happen someday.
Shmee I’m loving this content! My only bit of advice would be to get a lens or even maybe your Android phone and get some nice close ups of the dial, case, pushers and what not. Loving the content however!
Absolutely, in the plans for future videos! As might be clear from videos on the main channel, these were filmed and edited a month ago so working on the next round of videos and getting it better and better.
Good start. If I can make a recommendation, you need some nice macro shots of the dial and other details of the watches you highlight. Two youtubers who do this quite well are Teddy Baldassarre and Jenni Elle. Otherwise hard to make any of the details on your watches.
Coincidentally I just bought a similar watch, 1999 race limited edition. Yours looks bigger though, mine is under 40mm and pushers & crown are smaller. But I prefer smaller watches so suits me perfectly.
Got an idea! Maybe ‘show’ the watch face close up so we can actually see the detail and beauty instead of light glare from 2 feet away….. I still don’t know what the face looks like or lettering in it! 🤷🏻♂️🤦🏻♂️
Interesting independent brand. Was best known for lady's watches with the floating diamonds. They realized the business is more in the mens space. I believe your watch does not have an in house made movement (ETA).
Hi Tim, I noticed that you wear your watches very loose (quite extreme in my opinion). Is there a reason for that or is it just the most comfortable for you? Anyways, cool wach and also cool that everything you buy has a special connection to something.
Again I suggest you “zoom in” on the details (close up of the face, the backing, the pushers, etc.). So much was lost on this video and hard to enjoy when you only have one angle and the ceiling lights are casting glare across the crystal. I also suggest watching some other channels on how they present watches. I really love your enthusiasm, the history behind your connection to the watch and the significance of the design and brand but it all falls flat with the static camera work.
The only flaw is you can buy it, limited edition each year 1000 pieces made, at any Chopard retailer. Myself I am owning the 2019 one and I never took part to the actual rally
Beautiful watch. What you think about TagHeuer watches? They have strong relationships with cars and racing would like to see you with their senna watch.
I'm liking the watch vids but I think you should have a camera that shows the watch up close. The top down camera is too far away and it is hard to see the details.
great video ! so so production... you guys need to stop cropping to zoom ... its just showing us pixels. a macro lens will easily do a better job .. heck phones now a days do great macro photography/videography like the new iphone or so. would be alot better than the cropping you guys are doing.... again great content but poorly executed i look forward to seeing continuous improvements just like how the OG shmee channel has
I agree with him Shmee.. You need more close ups.. Also less of you, and more of the watch.. You mentioned the logos and the movement but we didn't get to see any of that.. We can Google a photo and see more than you showed
I also have a Mille Miglia Chronograph with the same face but the buttons are smaller and with dunlop rubber tyre straps. Doubled in price since i bought it in 2014?
I love shmee and museum channel no doubt about that. But watch is not my kind of thing Is there any way not to get noticed of this channel's new content without blocking shmee150 channel? Plz i am serious
Yes. It's very simple. All you have to do is scroll past it. If the 3 posts he's made in the Shmee150 channel has hampered you so much, I suggest you do something other than watching RUclips channels. It's very easy to scroll right past it and not watch it.
Wonderful story about your watch, but unfortunately I didn't see any detail of this piece. If you will not rethink the camera and lights setup for this channel, we will stay here only for hearing your stories, not for seeing your watches. And it would be a shame, really...
I m interrested to see your entire watch collection… but that’s not how you showcase a watch… those shots need to be extremely close, we don’t see any details
I like your idea of a watch channel but would like to see the watches in detail the filming is poor you could learn a lot from likes of urban gentry and less non watch talk about yourself
The whole idea is that it's a personal story, if you wanted to see this watch you could do that 4 years ago so I'm sharing why it's relevant to me. Better macro filming solutions will follow though when I do my 2nd day of videos.
Better quality close ups of the watches and the case back next time please🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 loving the watch collection videos
Yes, totally agree can't seen the face in detail
Seeing as you always say that none of the cars are garage queens, I’d say maybe take the same view with this watch, they’re meant to be worn and used, not just stored away in their boxes! Really liking the videos so far! Cheers
Great watch, Tim! Looking forward to see more timepieces in your collection!
Now that's a nice looking dial! And proof a nice watch can be a talking point not just an object
really a stunning watch and just love there a story behind it. Watches are special for me if they have a story no matter how much they cost or how old.
What a beautiful and special watch, it must hold so Many good Memories..
Shmee! I've watched your vids for over 10 years. Please improve the angles on this channel! We can't appreciate the dials and components of the watches (That's the interesting part!) All best to you!
Will do! It's all a learning experience, new videos will come with a solution for filming but I'm new to this so bear with me please

Thank you Tim. Loving the new content with the watches and your passion for them. Any plans to do any watch collaborations?
For sure, but let me get up and running with some good filming techniques first
Awesome watch Tim! I have a racing silver chopard mille miglia 8915. Love it

Very nice to have a special watch to remember a special occasion
I’m so glad RUclips didn’t slack in recommending the channel!! Loving all the content!!! And super sweet watch!!
More great watch content! Thank you for the taking time to go through your collection Tim. Ever since I saw your Daytona I knew this channel was bound to happen someday.
This is just a brilliant channel Tim! 🙏🏻
Tim, good video...but we need to see macro shots of the watches !.
That is a gorgeous watch and please! Please re do this in 4K so we can see the wonderful details of this wonderful watch!
Shmee I’m loving this content! My only bit of advice would be to get a lens or even maybe your Android phone and get some nice close ups of the dial, case, pushers and what not. Loving the content however!

Love the automotive connections with your watches
Love this new channel, one thing these videos will massively benefit from is a better camera (or just better positioning ) for close up shots.
It's coming for future videos
That´s a beautiful watch!
❤❤ rubix cube g shock has to be on the list surely

Thanks team, you should also go into the more technical stuff as well...
Beautiful watch, TIm!
And you're still wearing the same shirt😆
Nice watch, though 😍
Never change xD
I‘m loving the new channel
Thanks for checking it out

Excellent video Tim 🤗👏👏👏
Is anybody else suprise in see Tim talking about watches?
Couldn’t really see the watch that good, but the info you gave was cool 😎 would be great to see more of your watch collection 👌🏾
I'll get some better filming solutions for future videos

Sweet cheers
They say if your a car guy, your a watch guy! Me too!
Just a bit of feedback, I think these videos would definitely benefit from overlaying some close ups to show the features you're talking about

The watch investment market is crazy isn't it
@@Shwatch150 partially due to currency since i am in Malaysia.

Nico Leonard should look over here.
I'm so confused...why would you buy a timeless watch and be excited to show it?
Colab with Producer Michael
Loving the watching can’t wait for the sf90 on the Nurburgring plus the amg 4 dour hybrid review
Both coming soon!
Wow
i can't see your watch clearly Tim
please learn from the real watch ch like urban gentry or whatever how to make a proper watch reviews video
Go type it in on Google. There's plenty of high res photos of it. The video is about his participating in the Mille Miglia.

are you blind?
Tim, the watch footage needs improvement. It’s impossible to appreciate the timepieces and relate to your description with no closeup takes. Cheers!
Cars and watches go together 👊👍😎
Sure do!
Only thing to make the videos better is to do close ups of them. Either photos or videos would be ok.
