These women must have a semi for all their outfits. Mind you, the white Go-Go boots seem to be consistent in all their videos. Love their commitment. They work hard at this stuff.

I just discovered this band 2 days ago (thanks, RUclips! 👍🏻) and I’ve already bought all the music I they have on iTunes. I love Surf rock and these girls kick ass at it!
I never realized the drummer played barefoot. That's awesome.
The members are: Anne Liebel drums, Nicole Damoff (pink) Stratocaster guitar, Shermy Freeman (blue) Fender Jaguar guitar, Sarah Butler Danelectro Bass.

For completists; Nicole's Strat is in burgandy mist and she uses both Electro Harmonix Grand Canyon and Boss Fender 63 pedals. Shermy's instrument is a one off customisation and is called Shaggy arising from the Shaguar decal on the headstock. She relies on the Solid Gold Surfrider 3 effect. The have Fender 6G15 reverb tanks for studio use. Here their amplification is the Fender Excelsior although when touring the house power is commonly used

Thanks for posting this. the 1st song is Hurricane by Conrad and the Hurricane Strings from '63 and the second song is I Had Too Much To Dream (Last Night) by the Electric Prunes from late '66. And yes it's time they came to Southern California where surf music started.

2:35 This song wasn't even a surf song, it was sort-of a forerunner to psychedelic rock. But these girls managed to pull it off and make it fit into the surf genre they specialize in.
Love the tone in the lead and rhythm guitars they're using. Takes me back a _loooooooong_ way.

It just reminded me of when I had an amateur photographer snapping away in front of me recently for almost the whole gig (back in the good old days of live music) until the entire pub crowd told him where to go!

OK Sharky. I've checked out Rev Horton Heat (briefly) and it sounded like punk rock, I like that but I'm not sure The Surfrajettes should be associated with it at all. Or surf probably either.
Maybe I'm looking at this from a European perspective but I think the girls have a much wide appeal and I don't see that being served by them doing surf festivals. In any case I'd wonder how many of them there really are, this weekend they could have been at Glastonbury. They certainly shouldn't be supporting anybody that does something else.
Whatever, just so long as they ARE able to regroup some time, enjoy it and make a bit of money for themselves.

Like this Jeff they get in the way like they're important. Get a couple of shots and get the fuck out the way, it's not as if you're an essential component of the show we've paid to see.
Secondly like him they've no sense of style. Fine you wanna be there then be a pretty girl in stage uniform. Never, these guys are always some heavy rock throwback in a polo shirt.
It's like this cameraman is trying to get an up skirt shot of the drummer.
In some videos the drummer has a Cabbage Patch dollhead between her legs. Lol.
