****************TECHNICAL DETAILS ************
-- AUTOLUBE PUMP that comes in yamaha rx100,rx135, RXG,RXZ
-Minimum stroke 0.20mm - 0.25mm (need to measures while the pump is fitted and the Clearance is maximum.
--On safer side you can keep the clearance to 0.30mm
--Any how it should not be more than 0.35
--Additional shims might be needed for proper gap

Nicely detailed explanation,a small tip to make it easier to remove the shims is to remove oil pump by just removing the 2 retaining screws,no need to remove oil pipes. Keep up the good work.

Thanks a lot! Very detailed explanation. Will do it on my DT 175 from 1979. Just one question. Will it be no problem when disconnecting the oil tube for bleeding from the carburetor while the motor is running on idle? I mean during that time the machine will get no fresh oil.

Hi great video thanks. Just one question, if removing shims to reduce the stroke would then this also reduce the lower limit setting ? My stroke is also to long around 2mm on a bran new oil pump. Thanks again
Minimum stroke doesn't get affected.. keep it as it is, it's pricol pump..
Later on if you feel then reduce the stroke.

Excellent. Thank you buddy. All your videos on RX series were superb. I want to know if there is any difference in cylinder port dimensions between RX 135 4 and 5 speeds. My lathewala tells no difference, only the serial numbers are different and even the heads are of same sizes despite having different spare part numbers. He says the difference in sprocketing and gear ratios of 5-speed makes it extract 2 bhp more and give about 10% increase in top speed. I want to know your thoughts on this. TIA.
ports are very much different different.
Bhp is generated and calculated at engine / primary never at final drive ( sprockets )

Hi I've got a peugeot speedfight 2 liquid cooled 2stroke engine the engine starts up but is filling up with sludge in the crank case iknow the waterpump if broken can cause sludge build up but could it also be the oil pump as well any help to remove the sludge from the crank case would be much appreciated
Hey. i"m not aware of the technicalities of the engine you are talking about. AFAIK , any kind of sludge built in the crank case can be primarily cleaned by the "engine Flush" solvents available in market.. this process can be repeated 1,2 times for best result. make sure the source of sludge is diagnosed and repaired,or else post cleaning also you may find sludges... hope this helps
I have a doubt, please. Can you share if turning the big long oil pump adjuster nut on the cable anti-clockwise increases or decreases oil flow? Since you've mentioned in the video oil flow can be adjusted from the cable itself, wanted to know which turning it which direction increases and decreases oil flow. Thank you.

You'll leave to check the setting atleast, if it is OK then no need to adjust.
This step-by-step video is very informative but I have a question, is it the same for Rx 135, or is it different for it?
Its is almost same for both.. what we keep at safer side for rx100 is the correct range for rx135

After doing this stuff m facing the leakage changed oil seals also any suggestions on this please
Check the leakage point is it from inside the pump main body or from the gasket (where we connect the pump to the casing). Then rectify accordingly.

Bro There is no standard scale for oil flow, from top adjustment .
Check these to understand of oil flow os correct or not---
There should be little smoke coming frm exhaust
spark plug should have excess oil

Broo wheather minimum stroke for pump is required when the bike is in idling
stroke is always set at ideling , it always remains same throughout every rpm range.
Bro im facing a problem in my rx135 the engine get off after pushing it hard after 100 not getting higher rpm i mean after opening more than 50 accselator it starts missing like pattt patt not reaching to higher rpm

Hi team, my Rx135 makes fluttering beat ( silencer beat) under constant speed, if acceleration is increased silencer beat becomes normal
I have changed carbeurator main and pilot jet, checked all the coils, changed ignition coil
But problem still exists
Pls suggest a solution
this indicates the bike is having incorrect fuel adjustment( tuning) or inappropriate jet size ( main jet most probably)
My Rx 135 full reces without opening the throttle....this may be oil pump is not in working condition?
Check the cable that's fitted on the pump..sometimes that gets stucked .. duplicate cable, freeplay check

No they are same...only few 5 s models have smaller oil pump from pricol.which is a totally different looking design.
All have functionality same.

Bhai one problem I am facing, after aligning the dot with pulley, you said to give false kicks and gap will apear but in my case the gap is not coming
Shouldn't be like that.. you can start the bike and observe the gap as well.. if it appears, then its good. Then all you need to do it keep kicking to reach gap position and make your adjustments accordingly. .

Yamaha Rx100 ka oil pump leak kar raha hai. Seal bhi change ki hai. Exilator wire ke aage leak kar raha hai. Jaha par three wasar hai wahi se leak kar raha hai. Koi upaay batao sir
