I'm not sure if you want any suggestions on the translation, but in case it helps: -I think やぐら here is probably referring specifically to a yaguradaiko, the drum she's playing on top of the tower in the video -It is super confusing but I thiiiink literally speaking the carrot line is meant to be something like "(They say) since you're all out (すっからかんかん), you get a carrot!" (with からっと emphatically quoting an explanation here, sort of like when people use～からといって) because it comes after the line about her running out of breath... I don't actually play the game, but it looks like there's an item called "carrot jelly" that restores stamina that way. That one is totally just a guess based on context though!

@kermitkc oh okay, cause I've listened to every lead singer being a different horse girl and some of them sound like they are saying Uma at the beginning that's probably why I thought it was uma
