Cook scrambled eggs at 1 A.M. with me

So, obviously, I had a mess XD
I got bored at night and needed some protein (I basically live off of noodles, pasta, and sometimes yogurt and dairy products, occasionally mashed potatoes :D)
I think I messed up on the measurements of this, too, when it came to telling what you need for the butter-
Anyways, this is Gordon Ramsey's recipe/way for making scrambled eggs. I didn't know how to make scrambled eggs on a stove before this, I usually microwaved them (I know, booo, how dare I!)
If Gordon Ramsey is seeing this, HELLO! If not, that's cool, too.
