    180 g kisle smetane
    400 g gladke moke
    150 g ostre moke
    250 g margarine ali masla
    2 vaniljeva sladkorja
    1 čajna žlička pecilnega praška
    ščepec soli
    sladkor v prahu
    naribane pomarančne ali limonine lupine
    lahko jih napolnimo z marmelado (po vašem okusu)
    Vse sestavine zmešamo in testo zgnetemo, ne rabimo testa dajat v hladilnik ampak lahko takoj izrežemo z modelčkom krogce jih napolnimo z marmelado ali pa tudi z Lino gold , naredimo žepke kot je prikazano v videu. Pečemo jih na 180 stopinj 15 min odvisno od pečice.
    Uživajte ob kakšni kavici ali čaju in odličnimi žepki. Lep pozdrav se vidimo v drugem receptu.
    Dough:
    180 g sour cream
    400 g of smooth flour
    150 g of hot flour
    250 g of margarine or butter
    2 vanilla sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    pinch of salt
    grated orange or lemon peel
    they can be filled with jam (to your taste)
    icing sugar
    Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough, you don't need to put the dough in the fridge, but you can immediately cut out the circles with a model, fill them with jam or Lino gold, make pockets as shown in the video. Bake them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes depending on the oven.
