What do divorce lawyers call newly married couples?
    Fresh inventory.

Best advice ever is don’t get married.
Then you can’t be crewed over by a malicious POS LEECH (who uses a system to screw over her partner she no longer cares about).

The guy in the first example actually got screwed because he probably lost a lot more of his retirement making so much more than the wife for so many years.
I’m around 30 and none of my guy friends who are financially well off plan on getting married. They know they’ll get screwed by the system sooner or later.

So, according to your video, there's no Gavron warning?

Gavron warnings are frequently included in Judgments of Dissolution. Gavron warnings used to printed on page 2 of the FL-180 Judgment form so that the warning was automatically included in every divorce judgment. However, a number of years ago, the Gavron language was deleted from the FL-180 form. If you want a Gavron warning to be part of your divorce judgment, you need to include it. Our Marital Settlement Agreement template includes an optional Gavron warning that you can elect to include or not include. If you are using the collection of Judicial Council forms approach to drafting your divorce judgment and you want a Gavron warning to be part of your judgment, check box 9 on page 3 of the FL-343. FL-343 is the spousal support attachment form.

@@freedivorce4045 I have a Gavron Warning included in my divorce. It's been 12 years since said divorce. Would that be considered a reasonable amount of time?
