The outer wheel bearing on my mf135 went when in the field and the front wheel went independent. This video was super helpful in learning how to replace the spindle, wheel hub and bearings. (as have been you oil and air filter change videos) thank you!

Nice videos, well explained. Also I've enjoyed the sound of the birds. If you have an other video about changing rear tire or changing brakes it will be interesting. Thank you

Hi William. We bought our 265 new in 1979. Its a lovely little tractor for running around in. I don't think we will ever swap it in for anything, just keep it for the odd job here and there. We still have the 690 in a barn but we will probably get rid of that this year.

If you have a front end loader you really don't need a jack you can raise the front end with the loader.

What do you you use this tractor for you seem to have a lot of tractors for the size of the farm :)

its really just a run around for small jobs. i guess we dont really need a tractor like this on the farm any more but as we bought it 35 years ago it doesnt owe us anything.

how many tractors do you have? and why don't you sell a tractor you don't use and instead buy a good tractor like a new holland 8340 we've got that on our farm and its brilliant or a deutz fahr d6.30 which is also not a bad tractor.

3 good tractors and a few old ones. We have a good mix of tractors for what we do and the old one don't cost us anything so it doesn't matter if they sit in the shed until we need them. I guess every farm is different in how they use their kit

you call yourself a farmer? you could have fixed this by yourself and saved some money. a farmer is a jack of all trades....mechanic, welder, framer, plumber, electrician, heavy duty machine operator...etc. I do better work than professionals and take more care

I can't do everything myself. Jack of all trades = master of none

@@thefunkyfarmer you should learn. i do everything myself and do a very nice job. built my own house. all the inspectors said everything was top notch. rebuilt several engines. manufactured my own custom equipment. in the trades there are no masters, only con artists and idiots. they dont even follow the manufactures guidelines half of the time. if you take the time to do it properly and are not afraid of spending money on tools, you are a master of all trades. ps....nothing ventured nothing gained
