That was a lot better than i expected. One takeaway would be for eric to relax a bit and allow Ryan to finish the answers to the questions. He gets too giddy and cuts Ryan off quite a bit. The chances of Ryan doing another podcast is slim, so its unfortunate we didn't get to hear more about him, his start, what his brothers company is, plans for the property etc... i feel like we got short changed because of the interruptions. And you're far from famous, Eric, calm down lol. It seems like Ryan has a good 5-10 year plan. I love how his families well-being is the motivation and that he has contingencies in place should anything happen to him. Also, i think Ryan should get back into golf now, so when he retires, he'll have that swing on lock. Golf is so much fun to play, and i know he'll become addicted to it. That will help him keep busy when he's collecting that EASSSY rental money.
Having employees is the main thing that scares me as a small business. I just can't bring myself to do it. I would worry to much about having an extra 20 30 or 50k going out yearly! Ryan's a big inspiration makes you want to be better and actually helps you be better by his actions an handles himself! Man these podcasts with tall make me want to be around all so much! If you can't organize your thoughts during a conversation or a pod cast, business will be no diffrent. Practice getting organized. Priority first. Or practice planing everything This will help you create little systems so you can keep life, business, conversations and pod cast in order. Start with Priority.
