I was thinking the same thing, he really seems like he doesn't want to be there and kind of dickish. His character has the best arc in the show though. Fantastic cast and characters all around.
He’s just probably tired. I can understand that when I go to work. He does have good laughs several times with the other cast so I don’t think he’s angry.

It's funny, none of these guys had heard of the story, but it is well-known here in Canada. It's become part of our national folklore.
This was a brilliant series and production. The acting, props costumes absolutely superb.
