People thinking this would "never happen in real life" - are correct - but the motion and technique are what you're taught. To be quite honest - TKD is all about kicking (WTF not ITF) and therefore - the best would have been a kick demonstration. As she said - she's wearing a dress. So props to her for thinking on the spot about one-step sparring. Something we only really do when going for grading.
