Thank you for joining me in my trips again. In August 2022, I left Hong Kong once again for the second, and also last, trip in this summer. I visited Singapore, and first tried Thai Airways Royal Silk Business Class. My itinerary started from Hong Kong, stopped at Bangkok, and finally arrived at Singapore. Both flights were with Thai Airways. Hope you would enjoy the journey with me!
Welcome onboard TG601, Star Alliance service from Hong Kong to Bangkok. The flight, operated by a brand new Boeing 777-300ER (HS-TTA), departed from Hong Kong International Airport at around 1:30pm and flew all the way to the west of Hong Kong, and finally arrived at Bangkok at around 3pm local. The 2-hour flight had lunch served and I definitely enjoyed the Thai hospitality onboard Thai Airways.

Last trip to Hong Kong was in October 2019, it was very quiet at Chek Lap Kok.. I was on my way to Shenzen actually.. Love HK Airport, its very traveller friendly and it was always a good ride by bus till Sheng Shui then Lo Hu. Its not that worrying actually about the travel reminder to Thailand as from 1st October, anyone with the proper documents can visit Thailand without any issues. Bangkok is safe and popular with Hong Kongers. Do plan a trip there.
Hey, thanks for the suggestion. Actually I travelled to Bangkok in May 2022 (when we were still subjected to 7-day quarantine in HK), and I had a really great time there. It's not about hierarchy or anything, we mainly assigned male cabin crews to work in galley and female cabin crews always work in the cabin. But nowadays female crews are also work in the Galley as well.

Kind of miss seeing the crew in their traditional TG uniform
My ultimate destination was Singapore instead of Bangkok, but I did spend a great time in Bangkok in my previous trip. Not sure how their "traditional uniform" look, but their current uniforms look not too great in my opinion, haha. Thanks for watching!

I would really want to fly on their A380.... unfortunately they have all retired... :( My connecting flight from Bangkok to Singapore was on an A350-900, stay tuned to that flight! Thanks for watching! :)
I’m the thai airways staff the only open 4 counters because thai airway only pay for 4 counters moreover our company is lack of staff not so many can do check in

Nice video. The new B77W with first-class seats looked nice. You sat in the business class it was all good. My guess the first class usually flies to London or Zurich from BKK. I had seen the planes TTA and TTB in Paine Field. I wasn't a Boeing worker. Two planes had been in in a long time storage since pandemics in PAE
It's in plane field Victor ville before but it still age 2.7years Built 26 Jan 2021 TTA) but it not that old

Im suprised thai airways didn't go the 3-4-3 on their newest 777 with first class.... considering how they are tight with money and stuff like those
That’s so true… But from a passenger perspective, 3-3-3 is always much better than 3-4-3 (I really didnt like the 3-4-3 on Cathay) Anyways, thanks for watching!❤

Haha, thanks for the reminder and I just remembered that actually Thai Airways is no longer providing menus after covid (at least on short haul flights), so I just got the meal options from the crew verbally and I’ve already forgotten the other options😅

What was the kidnapping situation in Thailand? Quite curious 🧐
I was about to comment that perhaps it was a pro-democracy / human rights activist that was 'kidnapped' by the brutal and authoritarian Chinese regime and sent to China to face 'trial', but that would be hugely inappropriate.
I was intruiged myself, and it turns out that Bangkok Post published an article dated 24 August, on 'Hong Konger 'kidnapped' in Thailand by SE Asia scam ring pleads for help.'

Ohh can you use priority pass to dine at 莆田? It was just mediocre haha, save the money / quota for something else :)
