I say you did a good job, for 83% accuracy. Here are 15 songs that you messed up on 1. Mr Sandman - a little bit of a shaky start 3. Words of Love - less faltering, and then you're up and running 20. Fortunate Son - I think the title display came and went too soon before the riff 33. Walk This Way - perhaps the quick segue from Sweet Home Alabama (32) tripped you up 42 Sultans of Swing - now you've started cramping... 43. Message in a Bottle - ...& need to recover desperately 53. What Difference Does It Make - what, indeed. 55. Money For Nothing - that ain't working, that's not quite how you do it 57. The One I Love - missed the last few notes before the next song... 58. Where the Streets Have No Name - after having played Hot For Teacher (52), you probably weren't in the mood, but Welcome to the Jungle (59) made things easier. 80. Say It Ain't So - once again, signs of tiring out... 83. Sex & Candy - ...and titles are again out of sync with upcoming riffs 84. Smooth - you wish it was. 85. Scar Tissue - you're just praying for the end to come, aren't you? 93. Reptilia - fingers aching? 94. Take Me Out - of this torture! 95. Float On - almost sounds like you're humming along rather than landing the right notes Everything else, though, was just dandy! Round of applause!
+Rocksmith 2014 CDLC Playthroughs Although there were some mistakes, I thought it was a good effort, some of that was tricky. I personally find the trouble with Rocksmith is that you have to be accurate to the recording, even the bands themselves aren't in real life, most bands never play live exactly like the studio recording (unless they're The Eagles lol) and I'm sure when most guitarists learn the songs they add their own personality, Rocksmith doesn't allow for this, I suck at some of the most simple songs like Knocking on Heavens Door and Wanted Dead of Alive, yet I've been playing these songs on guitar for years.
Rocksmith 2014 CDLC Playthroughs Glad to hear :D If you search for "Haarek" on CF you can find those I have uploaded. Got about 10 songs currently I believe.
It's not that. The chart is just horrible. Almost every single note has something wrong with it. This by far one of the worst charts, if not *the* worst chart I have ever seen.
+Dalton Beisenbach go into these folders: Program Files (x86), Ubisoft, Rocksmith 2014, dlc, Customs (If you don't have this folder, create one) then just paste the CDLCs you've downloaded into that folder.
It's wrong. Whoever made this custom did a godawful job of it. Unfortunately, this isn't the worst quality I've seen, in fact it's probably average. On a side note, half of the songs from the original video aren't even available for Rocksmith outside of customs which aren't officially supported.
+Dysfunctional Fox when someone is playing "[insert number] riffs" they're doing it for how many they can play that they know.... it's very common for these compilations to have variations for easier finger placement on the next riff. if it's for accuracy, i'm sure the original song wouldn't be manipulated in such a way.... or maybe depending on the player, but usually, it's played as it's played. i have always played 7na on the 6th, but that's preference given the simplicity of such a riff. i reckon it could be played on the high e and still be counted as that song.
***** never said "he" did. i don't know who "he" is.. but i didn't mention a "he". how many songs can you play by heart and how would you match them together? i know i move notes to improve timing for the shift of songs when i'm just messing around. i don't move notes just to move them, there is a purpose and i do it with as little friction added to the song as possible.
Most customs are absolute shit, the usual tab bullshittery you find on ultimate-guitar. Infact I think some "authors" just rip tabs straight from guitar pro and make a custom with it. No "authoring" about that whatsoever. I want to know how to make customs from scratch, by ear and make sure the damn things aren't only correctly played, but in the right octaves (I hate when people play the notes in higher octaves, when sometimes they could be the first octave beyond the 12th fret, it ruins the songs having incorrect tones, even if it is the same note.)
Why do you play all your songs as like 3% guitar volume? If youre going to play the songs so quietly, just dont play them at all, just let the song run by itself. Also how do you always have your guitar horribly out of tune?
JustThereInTheAir I have it on volume 20 when I know i'm not going to be able to play it that well but volume 60 on others and if I leave it to play through then you would comment asking why I don't bother trying. my cable isn't as good as it used to be so struggles to pick up guitar sound some of the time and I need to change the strings on my guitar which I can't afford to do right now
+Zooropa_Station I'm talking about the customs. They sound like shit. They are ok for people who don't play, they sound normal but a musician would be able to tell the difference between a slightly flat or sharp note. Most of these are off. Especially the good chuck berry, and helter skelter.
not bad for songs being in one tuning, i give major credibility to this :)
For real! did anyone else notice that? It would explain why some licks seemed a little off. Different tuning............duhhhhh.
In the video the guitarist drops down to Drop D at one point and back up.

+Jamie Maxfield Lol thanks, man. never expected that but you're right. I got tired half way through and was basically winging it until the end

I never thought that i'll see this
Cool to see others upload the songs I've created on CF ^^
HaarekV3 I really enjoyed playing this, you did a good job on the chart, it was a challenge but it was fun.have you done anymore ?
Rocksmith 2014 CDLC Playthroughs Glad to hear :D If you search for "Haarek" on CF you can find those I have uploaded. Got about 10 songs currently I believe.
You made the shitty tracked songs?
patrick allen Feel free to spend over 15 hours manually placing every note in the song, mate. :)
So many wrong chords and notes in this song. Not on your part, but on the in game song part.
No shit, 100 riffs with different tunings in one take.
wow somebody actually charted this?? It may all be pretty off but regardless charting so many songs into one is pretty impressive
Just when I thought I'd seen it all...nice cdlc
The majority of these songs are off. They're close but they're not right.
Where is the link for this track? I can see only links for all your CDLC songs. I need only this one, please help me! tnx

can you see if they have Van hHlen eruption i think that would be a fun little solo to record and play.
***** I have it downloaded already and working my way to it
sweet thanks
Guys the reason why so many notes are off, is because he tunes his guitar to drop d, then back up in the original video.
It's not that. The chart is just horrible. Almost every single note has something wrong with it. This by far one of the worst charts, if not *the* worst chart I have ever seen.
@@VoidSixx lol

Laurent-Michel Brault Official QotSA DLC should be up on the riff repeaters channel.
Why does Rock Band 3 get Breath, Diary of Jane, and I Will not Bow, but not us :'(
+WrestleTRIPLETHREATS All of those are on customsforge if you're looking to play them
Oooh alrighty
lmao rock band
whats wrong with rock band 3? Pro Guitar mode is hella fun to play online with people.
Nothing is wrong with it, I just feel like rock band is getting the most popular BB songs, while the people with rocksmith are left in the dark
How are you supposed to do the slides in sultans of swing?
It's wrong. Whoever made this custom did a godawful job of it. Unfortunately, this isn't the worst quality I've seen, in fact it's probably average.

What does cldc mean.
gtadude24245 it means Custom downloadable content
Custom DLC, basically unofficial dlc from rocksmith forums
0:32
Can you upload the songs to RUclips without a first grader trying to play them.
A lot of these riffs seem completely fucked and incorrect. 7NA I know is, its all 5th string...

+swanclipper In the music exchange I don't think he played it that way.

Rocksmith 2014 CDLC Playthroughs fair enough
This is so fucking horrible
+Celta801 Do it yourself then. Or play the full songs.
+Zooropa_Station I'm talking about the customs. They sound like shit. They are ok for people who don't play, they sound normal but a musician would be able to tell the difference between a slightly flat or sharp note. Most of these are off. Especially the good chuck berry, and helter skelter.
Celta801 This one, yes. That's why I said make it yourself, then. But if you think that all customs are like this you'd just be wrong :)
To your information: The chart that CME put out for this song is as you see in this video. (Expect for the two first songs)
So bad lol
RT_Heniek I don't upload them to show skill level, I upload them for people to learn
RT_Heniek Because you have so much evidence to back up your shredding ability. Douche.
Rocksmith 2014 CDLC Playthroughs that guy is just jealous cause you played good.
***** Thanks :) he's probably the one with the only dislike on this video lol
haha i can see that
