I've got a makeshift setup to use your videos to practice, I plug into my amp, plug in my tablet into the mp3 jack, Put on the headphones and adjust the volumes to blend me into the video sound. Works awesome and makes it much more personal. Again thank you for your service young squire.

Are 6 strings in standard tuning and the others in a different tuning? The most I've seen anyone use a 12 string for is if they need a capo on their guitar and it's a one-man guitarist.
No, only 4 of the strings are an octave higher. If you tried to tune a high E an octave higher it would snap, and if it were made thinner to be tuned higher it would snap when picked.
Well Metallica has a contract with rock band i believe so they can't sell their rights to any other music based game.I don't remember why AC/DC can't, but it's possible they will in the future since it isn't contract related or band fight related like Guns N Roses was.

A 12 string is tuned in standard but 6 of the 12 strings are an octave higher

Honestly didn't take long at all. Once you get down what color goes to what string it becomes easier to read than tabs. To me anyway.
