A great review. Note that in the wake of the Putin invasion, the Czech Army ordered a lot of firearms from CZG. It's the CZ Bren 2 rifle; and indeed, the CZ P-10 C pistol. Considered a standard flawless pistol for soldiers in our homeland.
Me and a huge group of guys went to the range a couple months ago. This new guy on guns tried my CZP10C and later a Glock19 owned by another fella. At the end he was kinda surprised they felt almost the same. Well, by the end of day, found out the Glock guy had put a aftermarket recoil spring and trigger on his Glock. Mine is bare bone factory built.
I carried the P10C for 2 years and it's slightly bigger than the Glock 19 but it looks slimmer and it was more comfortable to carry than the 19. Weird? 🤔 Shoot it better than the 19 too! 😁
I think less blocky translates to more comfortable to carry. Disclaimer, I own and carry several pistols including a 19. I just bought a new P10C at a great price but haven't carried it yet.
Just got a P10C a few days ago. Right out the box I shoot a 2.5" group, 5 rounds at 25 yards, with S&B 124 gr FMJ. So the there is nothing wrong with the accuracy. The build quality is on par with any glock in my opinion. The trigger is great, which adds to accuracy, a very predictable consistent take up and crisp brake. It's not SA race gun great, but for a striker fire system, it is very good. Reset is also tactile an short. I had no problems with a stiff mag release either. Gripes so far: Slide release is stiff as f..., BUT, some say it's made that way, since one of the features with this gun, is that you can just slam the mag in there, and the slide will go home automatically. This will make reloads superfast in a stressed situation. Or you can just rack the slide slide easily, as with any other semi-auto. The texturing on the backstrap is bit too agressive for me and my office sissy hands, but I will but some granulate tape on that part, and I'm all set. All in all, a very capable, nifty, and not unimportant.. -cool looking firearm :) Highly recommend! Edit: Slide release is most likely stiff, because it's ambi, and a bit "too good" at catching the slide. It should wear in over time, provided you use the slide release as it was meant to🙂
Can recommend to shoot with gloves. Ofc, depends on your likely use case, but if it's anything practical, you're likely going to be wearing gloves of some sort.

Excellent review! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I own a CZ P10 F (19+1) and a C suppressor-ready. The latter comes with a threaded barrel (4.6" long), tactical high sights, and extended base magazines with 17 round capacity (17+1). I attached to it a Streamlight TLR-7 Flex, which also aids in keeping shooting flatter (reducing flipping). I am very pleased with the CZ P10 series. Great handguns, reliable and very accurate, with amazing smooth striker-fired triggers second to the Walther PDP and Canik METE. Their ergonomics are extraordinary. Go CZ! 😎

I have the smaller version (P10S). I'm sure I'll end up with the C at some point. I love the recoil impulse on the gun. I'm guessing the grip angle is helping a ton. I've watched a ton of your videos and I can see you're getting those same results, even with gloves on.

Yes, I had a P10f and done some classes with it. Very capable handgun. I say close to a Shadow Systems in performance, I give the edge to the Shadow Systems though.
Ive noticed that if the slide doesnt slam front when chambering a round that mine gets hung up on JHP. Its fine when shooting, and as long as you completely pull it rearward and RELEASE it seems fine... But if you baby it IT ALL the round will hang on the ramps.
Had trouble the first time shooting mine. 34 rounds and slide stop spring design issues. Sent back to cz the had a month and i went about 3 weeks ago and put 60 rounds through it pretty damn accurate and no more problems yet. They said they deburred slide stop and adjusted the spring leg
Got the Cajun model with gold barrel and Trigger on sale for $550 pretty sad my friend had to put $200 timney trigger and $100 sights on his glock 45 just to keep up 🤣
Good straight forward review. I have had my P10c about 4 months and have 750 rounds through it, pretty accurate shoots flat and fast if needed and feels good in my hand. For me nothing feels wrong when shooting this firearm like beaver tail rubs on thumb knuckle or why didn't they put a under cut in the trigger guard. Is it the Glock killer I can't say I never shot one just didn't like the way the 19 felt in my hand. I have 4 different pistols and i shoot better with the P10c than the others.
I have one with an ambi mag release and one with the one-sided reversible release. The one with the one sided release does this weird thing where the mag “clicks” and “pops” into place, like it is over-inserting or something. My ambi model doesn’t do that. CZ’s armorer said it was fine, but not a fan of that. It also fails to feed HSTs on occasion with a fully loaded mag
You have just gain a new subscriber. I went ahead and purchased the CZP10C . Can you please tell me how to get the free optic plate from CZ. I have already registered my Pistol on their site but didn’t see where to get free one plate for the holosun

I found one of these today, used for $399, at my local FFL so I decided to do some research. I really don’t like plastic striker fired guns even though I carry a P365xl with red dot in the summer (P229 legion in the winter). So I’m always on the lookout for something superior to my striker 365, that goes doink when you pull the trigger. In your hands this was a very flat shooting pistol. Wish it had a red dot plate though. So based on your experience and excellent shooting, I’ll go give the used gun another look. Best Regards
That doink when the 365 goes off is annoying, I gotta give you that. This isn’t much smaller than a 229 though. However it’s lighter and would make a great carry gun in general. It’s a flat shooting gun with proper grip technique, I’m sure you can do it too! Thanks for watching!

It was only the F version that was USA made in the beginning but is there a chance the P10C's are also USA made? I kind of hope it's Czech made when it comes in since European made guns have better fit and finish.
Some are US made, we had an S that was US made. Regardless I wouldn’t be concerned one way or another and do not pay attention to that stuff. As long as it’s built well and QC is good, I’m happy with US or Czech made!
It’s been a while since I shot both of them, but the P10C shoots great. The XR920 might shoot a touch flatter because you can get a little higher grip but it’s not much different. It’s also a full size gun compared to a larger than average compact P10C
Wow our C had zero issues through several hundred rounds! Now the S that we reviewed a year ago had like 10-12 malfunctions right out of the box, but CZ fixed it super quick and had it back in our hands in about 2 weeks
@@adambernhardt4983 yeh, the world never hears about S. Africa anymore. Sounds like slowly unfolding disaster down there. But nobody gives a schitt now because it doesn't fit the '80s narrative.
A friend that has the Austrian Glock 19 told me his CZ P10C is far better than the Glock, so here I am doing my research. Side note... you have a Garmin Instinct, do you recommend it?
I highly recommend the Garmin Instinct. It’s a great watch, basic in functions but tough as nails and gives me just enough connectivity. The P10C and the G19 are like Chevy (G19) and GMC ( P10C). The the P10 is a little nicer than a stock G19, but market support the for the 19 is a lot better. They are both great, at the end of the day you can’t go wrong with either.
Already ordered the Garmin Instinct Solar because I want a tough reliable watch that doesn't have to be charged every night. I'll probably go with the P10C because I already have a CZ 83 and I like the quality of the brand. Here's an impressive shot with the CZ 83 btw. ruclips.net/video/JBHSKE-Y6RM/видео.html
Hey Mike is this promotion code still good and how are you doing with the product . I noticed you wearing them in the food plotting video as that was a good trial with chainsaw and Bobcat.
CZ P10C is a very nice firearms. Trigger and ergos are better than Glock plus the sites it has out of the box. Great firearm I regret that I traded it but will get another one soon.
The 19x is just a longer grip 19. It’s a wonderful pistol, we did a review on the Shadow Systems XR920 which is nearly identical but upgraded if you want to check that out! I appreciate your support!
I've got the suppressor ready variant, always makes holes in my shirts. Anyone else have the same issue? Currently carry a p365xl. Neither are clunky to carry but I specificallu avoid my P10C because it eats my shirts up. They aren't cheap either lol.
@@teller1290 yes of course..my philosophy is 2 is better than 1…I always take a fighting size pistol with me too. My 43X MOS is good to get out of trouble but it’s not a fighting size pistol

@@HuntFishShootChannel here 8 months after the first response, but the P10S and P10SC are different. The S is the sub compact and the SC is the semi compact, the latter being the barrel/slide length of the F with the frame/handle of the C
Unfortunately recently had to return my new CZ P-10c lemon back to CZ USA because it wouln't reliable feed more than one round, regardless of the ammo brand and numerous different magazines I tried to in my CZ P-10c! The verbatim notes from CZ USA were as follows: “Honed chamber, adjusted and polished breach face lead-in, feed ramp, and barrel hood. Functions checked and test fired good with CCI Blazer 9mm 115gr FMJ and Federal Premium Tactical HST 147gr.” CZ did fix it but won't trust it to protect myself, will be trading towards something else.

Some are US made, we had an S that was US made. Regardless I wouldn’t be concerned one way or another and do not pay attention to that stuff. As long as it’s built well and QC is good, I’m happy with US or Czech made!
@@HuntFishShootChannelthank you! I get it Friday I think.
@hothmobile100 awesome!
I guess I have an older model? My P10C has an ambi mag release.
As in it has a button on both sides? Or just one you can swap?
Great review. Is it me or does the p10c shoot flatter and a has a lil less recoil than the xr920
It’s been a while since I shot both of them, but the P10C shoots great. The XR920 might shoot a touch flatter because you can get a little higher grip but it’s not much different. It’s also a full size gun compared to a larger than average compact P10C
@@HuntFishShootChannel Thank you!!!
What holster where you runner that will accept that tac light
Blackhawk Omnivore
Pick mine up today has probably 5 FTF out of 60 rounds
Wow our C had zero issues through several hundred rounds! Now the S that we reviewed a year ago had like 10-12 malfunctions right out of the box, but CZ fixed it super quick and had it back in our hands in about 2 weeks
Planning on buying a gun for the firet time. Do you recommend this or do you have alternatives?
It’s a good choice to start out with!
@@HuntFishShootChannel thanks! Love your vids!
@bruceyourface8330 thank you!
Waiting for my p10c to come...our country is a pain to get weapons but at least we can
Where is that?
@@teller1290 I'm in South Africa 🇿🇦 one of the highest crime rates in the world
@@teller1290 it took about a year and a half but finally received P10C last month
@@adambernhardt4983 yeh, the world never hears about S. Africa anymore. Sounds like slowly unfolding disaster down there. But nobody gives a schitt now because it doesn't fit the '80s narrative.
Great review. Been a subscriber for while. Just moved to OH from CA. Do any meet ups or range sessions out towards north east Ohio?
Hi Gil! Nothing we have done before but something we will do in the future and maybe even next summer! Welcome to the free state of Ohio!!!
Great content! Thank you
Thank you Don!
p10c is a great shooter but the length between trigger and beavertail is a bit short for me and i don’t love how slim the slide release is.
I don’t have that issue personally, but guns are certainly plentiful, find the one which fits you best!
@@HuntFishShootChannel currently trying to find something to replace my 19! love it but slide bite is distasteful
Are you larger handed than avg?

Best investment I’ve ever made
Heck yeah!
Best gun out the box idc what anyone says
It’s good no doubt!
i have a p10c and its my duty. never had a problem and its accurate and overbuilt as fuck
They are a great pistol!
Hey Mike is this promotion code still good and how are you doing with the product . I noticed you wearing them in the food plotting video as that was a good trial with chainsaw and Bobcat.
Yes HFS15 is still good. The ear protection from the Axil GS Extreme 2.0 are fantastic and work really well. Can’t recommend them enough.
@@HuntFishShootChannel Thanks 👍
CZ P10C is a very nice firearms. Trigger and ergos are better than Glock plus the sites it has out of the box. Great firearm I regret that I traded it but will get another one soon.
They are really nice and ready to go out of the box!
@@HuntFishShootChannel I believe it. I use to have one in FDE. Very nice firearm. I’ll probably get another one soon.
Can’t go wrong with it!
Please do a review on the Glock 19X. I really want to see the review from a police officer.
Thank you for your service and dedication.
The 19x is just a longer grip 19. It’s a wonderful pistol, we did a review on the Shadow Systems XR920 which is nearly identical but upgraded if you want to check that out!
I appreciate your support!
Problem with the cz is that turkey Builds almost an exact copy at a much lower price they're called sar USA thanks for video
I ain't supporting their leader, Erdogan.
My mag only lets me put 8 in. Does anyone know how to fix that
Well do you have a certain state compliant one?
I've got the suppressor ready variant, always makes holes in my shirts. Anyone else have the same issue? Currently carry a p365xl. Neither are clunky to carry but I specificallu avoid my P10C because it eats my shirts up. They aren't cheap either lol.
I do, but that’s not just this gun, when you carry enough it happens.
Nice. Thanks!
Thank you Robert!
Glock can't compete w cz.
The p07 is best. Hammer time baby
Well Glock doesn’t even make a DA/SA Or single action pistol. But CZ certainly makes some great pistols
I don’t carry my P10C but it does stay in my bag as my road trip, get home gun…
It’s a great gun and I’m sure it fits that role well!
But you'd have your EDC with you on that road trip, no?
@@teller1290 yes of course..my philosophy is 2 is better than 1…I always take a fighting size pistol with me too. My 43X MOS is good to get out of trouble but it’s not a fighting size pistol
A little better than the Glock, no a lot better, I had to go on that comment!!!
Hahah a little better is right, minor improvements!
Palmetto state armory has them for 399 right noe
Great deal
To me the CZ P-10 is on the top of the heap along with the Walther PDP … I really don’t see any better sans the PDP and thats a toss up
Hell yeah!
Anyone run into issues feeding jhp into the chamber?
Negative!
@@HuntFishShootChannel mine get stuck on the feeding ramp if you slowly let the slide go forward.
Ah, an Ohio guy! Go Bucks! Subbed!
Thank you for the Sub!
Nice pistol! Thanks for another great review!
Thank you for watching as always!
Better than a Glock out of the box.
my son recommended me to upgrade my gun from a cheap Brazilian pistol to Czech-made brand.
Good call!
What size was this one?
In between a compact and full size!
Hey everyone, this is on sale currently on PSA for 350, just picked it up!
Yes it is! Great deal
I just bought one of these for $305... 1 year later.
Great deal!
Nice review. Can't buy them without the extended threaded barrel in Canada, so went with the F. Right after that I discovered their newer SC model, doh!
Get your hands on the SC, I'd love to see what you think.
We did a review on the P10S. Ours had a litany of issues out of the box, had it fixed by CZ (extractor) and now it’s perfect. Great shooting gun. Check out the two reviews on our channel, they are about a year old now.
We have and even did a review on it
@@HuntFishShootChannel here 8 months after the first response, but the P10S and P10SC are different. The S is the sub compact and the SC is the semi compact, the latter being the barrel/slide length of the F with the frame/handle of the C
Just brought one... First gun
Great choice
Unfortunately recently had to return my new CZ P-10c lemon back to CZ USA because it wouln't reliable feed more than one round, regardless of the ammo brand and numerous different magazines I tried to in my CZ P-10c! The verbatim notes from CZ USA were as follows:
“Honed chamber, adjusted and polished breach face lead-in, feed ramp, and barrel hood. Functions checked and test fired good with CCI Blazer 9mm 115gr FMJ and Federal Premium Tactical HST 147gr.” CZ did fix it but won't trust it to protect myself, will be trading towards something else.
Unfortunately that was a lot of the repairs made to our with a new extractor as well.
How many rounds did you put thru it?
It had probably 200-250 through it!
@@HuntFishShootChannel ok don’t get me wrong I own glocks but cz did a lot of stuff Glock should’ve done. On the cz p10c optic cut model it come with night sights and in my opinion defense pistol out the box.
