Have you tried going down instead of up?About harvesters, they do not pick up what you've left in the mine. You just lost those resources. Instead, they generate periodically
the resources you could find in that mine (e.g. if the mine had green stones, it will produce those alongside the generic ones). So pick carefully the different mines you want the harvesters to be tied to, as it will mean you may never run out of some currency. At least, this is how I remember them working.
EDIT: Oh the first encounter with the big eye. What a way to finish the run!

Runs can go on for about 60ish minutes in my experience, depending on how you're doing. I have enjoyed all of my time with the game and highly, highly recommend it.

The coffee maker is a moka pot. Use lower heat to avoid over extraction and boiling. What you want is just a trickle of coffee coming out, never froth.

Really appreciate the advice, buddy. I think you're spot on with the lower heat and I do think I raised it higher than it needed to be for my first time using it.
I'll report back in the near future on how the next brew goes--definitely going in for another try this weekend.
      Thanks again for your comment!

i hope you enjoyed your nachos. also, i literally said, 'that's what she said' and then you did too so i guess we're on the same wavelength. the laser at the end reminded a bit of independence day. pretty cool looking game. looking forward to more long form videos.

Yeah, I played this one Way back when. But I did not know there was a DLC for it. So Maybe I'll get it and dive back in...
And yeah, You ignore the boss timer and get to your spider Late, of course he's gonna Greet you with a Giant Blast to the Face!

You'll have to let me know how the dlc is if you dove back in because I haven't got to it yet, but I'd like to.
Yes... That blast to the face was probably a bit warranted. The Goat was late and did NOT have a hall pass.

Hey GOAT! i havent commented in a bit but i have been watching! This game looks pretty awesome! Same with the tower defense game where you place the blocks and towers on them to manipulate the way the enemies move.
Hope all is going well in the GOAT household,

@@GoatForceGaming i grabbed this game after watching you play cause it seemed fun and i was able to beat it, the DLC, and 100% the game in about 30 hours. For a total of $10.98 between the game and DLC it was definitely worth it! Thanks for the videos and gameplay. They are always great for showcasing games i wouldnt have seen otherwise!

Goat, don't do this to me! :'( This game just keeps looking better and better! Must ... resist ... buying ... Anyway, I am SO PROUD of you to switch weapons this time, and glad it worked out well! Yeah that laser blast to the face was nasty, but at the same time it was fun to watch. And let's be honest, it would have probably happened to me too, so I couldn't even be mad about it.
I'm not much of a coffee maker (I'm probably the only one in my family and in my friend group who does NOT drink it at all), but that thing you showcased there is the most typical coffee-making device in our country, as ovens with gas top have been and are widely used and still aren't phased off completely by conductive plates. We call it the "clucker", becasue of the chicken-like noise it makes when the water (actually now coffee by that time) goes "rampant" - to use your own words. Until a real barista chimes in on how to do it "properly", here are some layman's tips on the usage:
    - You can play a little bit with the density of the coffee by using less/more powder and pressing it down lightly in that part where it goes, resulting in lighter or heavier texture in the end. If you make it too dense though, water will have trouble getting through and you will end up with no/bad coffee, and even nastier surprises as the heated water won't find a way out. So be careful. :)
    - The "clucking" starts when that top part begins to fill up more, and it is supposed to happen. Be ready to pour the coffee out then soon-ish, it signs that it is ready! We use a metallic can with a longish shaft and a small spout to hold the coffee, as there could be 2-3 pours depending on how much water the thing can hold. Of course you could pour into cups directly or in any other vessel, just have them ready nearby the stove. Yeah, sometimes we also end up with some coffee around the stove instead of the vessel too, consider it as a timing roguelite! Be too slow and you have wasted coffee, be to quick and you have to pour more often ...
    - This machine is useful when you are out camping and/or only have natural fire places or those gas-tank ones. you might want to buy some little metallic tripods or other related gadgets to be able to put it onto something instead of into the fire directly, though.
    - Even though the coffee powder washed through is not reusable to drink again, it is still a good fertilizer material if you bother to do such thing. But given that you drink a lot of coffee, I assume you know that already.

This is a God-tier comment and should be featured in Clucker Enthusiast Magazine or on a plaque at the National Clucker Museum (and if such a place does not exist, I want my money back!).
Can't thank you enough for all of the info and for the nice email you sent with additional advice.
      You're the real MVP.

You will need to go both up and down in the same run the bomb is awsome when upgraded the tether is the gratest asset you get for mining railgun kills all one hit destroy all blocks as the upgrades for meta are expensive the seismic generator along with the missile auto clear cavern's small and most mid levels you can move while under attack so id proceed to each one per cloud layer during attack then mine them out once your done 👍🏾 oh and jumping/dashing comes in handy at dodging enemy attacks good luck as this is a small grinder but keeps intrest for all 20 hrs of gameplay😊 also it may be best to dig out caves first then bring back all finds for upgrades as you fill up

If I subscribe, will you promise to lower the heat on your stove a bit and bring your coffee pot to a slower boil?
It might take a while to find the sweet spot between your stove and your moka pot but a more gentle boil should stop the sputter and give you a better result.

    • @GoatForceGaming
      @GoatForceGaming  Месяц назад +1

      I love this comment.
I will absolutely lower the heat next time. I had the stove set to a 4 and I think it was due to my own impatience to try the coffee and the fact that it was my first attempt at it. I'm going to try leaving it at a 3 to see if I can achieve a more gentle boil as you're describing and will absolutely report back soon. Going to attempt it again this weekend.
      Cheers!
