Norway have Angela Jordan at 7 years old she win the NGT 2014 by singing Jazz . Now Korea have this little girl who play trumpet on Jazz like a pro . I wish one day the two of them will play and sing together then should be something very special for world of music .
Yes...someone needs to make this happen. They both are real - there is no practicing jazz till you get it right. You just have to have it inside, ready. And they both have it...:))

My mom was a semi-pro piano player and when I was in high school in the mid-70s, I used to play my euphonium along with her and this was her favorite song of all time, and it gave us both so much joy. Sadly, my mom passed away 2 years ago. I wish she was still around so I could share this video with her.

I agree, it is a real talent to push the improvisational to a disciplined level of timing. And then bring it back. And that's something that can be developed over time. Or you just naturally have the chops and the discipline to balance that fine line to where it isn't annoying. It just blends effortlessly. She also let others shine in the spotlight and that takes patience and humility. If she continues to develop at this clip. And she continues to enjoy the music she will be selling out small arenas in a few years.
Dakyung's performance is not perfect. Jazz is not the music that can reach such a young age. She is trying to do so. And I am helping her. Hope a good teacher will help her soon.

트럼펫은 이세상 악기중 소리내기가 젤 힘든악기의 일종인데 다경아 이뽀 그 모습 많이 보여주고 큰연주인되거라 근데 지금이 넘귀여워
다경이는 블루스나 재즈를 스케일갖고 연주하는게 아니라 몸으로 익힌 나름의 필로 연주해요.
나중에 모던한 느낌의 스케일만 익히면 정말 멋있는 연주를 할거 같아요.
대단합니다.
부족한 힘은 나이가 들면 저절로 될것이고
순환호흡이 완성된다면 윈튼이 울겁니다.
윈튼을 한번 놀라게 했으니 다시 한번 놀라게 해야죠. ㅎㅎ

예전에는 두세분만 댓글 자주 달아주셨거든요.
다경이는 제가 실수라도 할까봐 그러는지 아니면 악플에 스트레스 받을까봐 그러는지 답글 쓰지 말라는데, 하던거 안하는것도 우습고 선별해서 하는것도 기분 나쁠수 있고.. 그래서 결론은 이대로가 좋은거 같아요.

Awesome talent. Period! This song is very special to me. My mom was a semi-pro piano player and when I was in high school in the mid-70s, I used to play my euphonium along with her and this was her favorite song of all time, and it gave us both so much joy. Sadly, my mom passed away 2 years ago. I wish she was still around so I could share this video with her.

Love your singing too. 8 have written Winter Olympics 2021and I was going to put that in too song though I haven't decided what genre of song. After watching you play and sing, I'd live it to be a jazz piece and I'd. Like it to be big like the "I love China" song. Its a bit political, but essentially, a song for world unity, cooperation and peace. I don't mind making small changes to super jazz it up. I agree, it is a real talent to push the improvisational to a disciplined level of timing. And then bring it back. And that's something that can be developed over time. Or you just naturally have the chops and the discipline to balance that fine line to where it isn't annoying. It just blends effortlessly.
She also let others shine in the spotlight and that takes patience and humility. If she continues to develop at this clip. And she continues to enjoy the music she will be selling out small arenas in a few years.
Dakyung's performance is not perfect. Jazz is not the music that can reach such a young age.
She is trying to do so. And I am helping her. Hope a good teacher will help her soon.
