I'm always amazed by how fascinating amd useful your videos are. I really feel like i'm understanding and assimilating something i may have seen pointlessly a thousand times. 👍
This man's channel is crimanlly underrated - for the select audience that has discovered it we are genuinely lucky. Thank you for yet another informative enjoyable and challenging workout.
Excellent way to learn complex combos easily! I love the "scalability" of this workout: that is, you can make it challenging or relaxing according to the pace and intensity you adopt. Rhythm and flow are difficult to develop for beginners, especially for those who, like me, train mostly alone. Thank you AGAIN, Jason! :) Peace!
Love this!! Lettin d’em hands gooooo! Especially fun to add some spice to the last 3 punches of the combo. Feels good to get in a flow and actually look like I know what I’m doing, lol. Fun stuff, thanks JT!
I need to put in a lot of time at this workout before I can start to feel comfortable with the punch combos and the pivots. Very helpful suggestions; many thanks! ✨
Heya coach got a question on the overhand right. I noticed you always throw it tight when I watch your training/workouts, it looks like a corkscrew punch. I noticed other guys do their overhand right more loopy, they loop it more so it's wider, has a bigger arch. Do you prefer doing it tight like a corkscrew punch? Is that a better way of throwing it, or it's just your preference?
There are different variations to the overhand right. In some situations I will use the wider (more loopy) one. When you throw a looped overhand you have a higher chance of missing because you are trying to land it on one spot. When you corkscrew it then it still goes over the opponent's lead hand and tends to go THROUGH the target. I learned this modification from missing a lot with the wider one. The wider one has the advantage of being out of the field of vision and coming around the guard. You'll have to experiment with both to see how they can be used. They are both good.
Hi coach Thanks for some fantastic content I have a boxing coach who wants me to keep my feet apart when I am moving, effectively drawing a line between them You appear, from your videos, not to have much of a gap when moving Is this what you have learned is effective from competing, or my mistake from analysing your videos ? Many Thanks
@@PrecisionBoxing this was awesome to do! I started with sock on, 3 layers and gloves but now I'm sweating like crazy, lol! I started with a pivot on the second combo but ended with a shift, it just happened. I'll tag you later ;-) Thanks again!
Have you already made a workout that is good for building good muscles of maybe| with calisthenics using boxing so you are basically doing 3 types of exercises in one like simple body workout but getting good punching power or muscle memory
Not really, you would want to focus on those things separately. In the Fight Week Training Camp in my membership I have that. ruclips.net/p/PL4Mb5fp5ywgIvU5a8HbY_42axbPjsi_ci
Good evening Sir. You have really amazing moves in boxing. I also noticed that there is no union Jack flag of America in your arena. Im really sorry Sir but I feel we need it
First of all, I absolutely love your video tutorials. One small thing with this one. The pivot 2-3-2 makes little sense in my eyes. You'd hit somebody in the back of the head with the 3 in that case.
Thank you! I appreciate it. There are some things that are hard to explain until you get in there and start sparring regularly. The opponent will tend to turn with you, you won’t have a full 90 degrees on them, and you won’t have to loop the hook wide

little idea, flip video so it looks like you're a southpaw and make it an unlisted video linked in the description, good for visual/new leaners

Yessss 💪🥊👌
Can you shoe shine from your stance? Or do most boxers square up when they do it?
You can, Sugar Ray used to do it.

So, in a nutshell...this is a type of western "Kata"?
Yes, almost.

Off balance after this last pivot! Damn
Yes I hear you. You can also work it as a switch step, this will make you a bit more grounded when you land.
Could someone count how many punches I threw in this workout 😅
What is 8-5-8? That looks like 2-5-2
overhand - lead uppercut - overhand. Its not a wide overhand, just turn the elbow up.
