Hi, recently i have applied for adsence but now i get mail like indexing so now i paste it in my html like you if it will affect adsense Approval ? And how many days it will take for validation process ? please reply in english i don't know hindi !!
It will take more than a week but will fix the issue. If you want to know the progress for validation, then you can also check this from Search Console.

By adding ?m=1 in URL doesn't cause any disturbance in AdSense approval. Moreover, it may take more than a week or two for validation process.
How many days going for this process after the validation started?
because my web page not on the google site.
