the difference in his writing ability from The Balancing Act to present day feels like they are separated by a lifetime or two. He always pushes forward with each drop but this album actually caught me off guard with just how big the jump is. What the hell lol.

Mad disagree, but also at the same time, trying to compare a full production set like maulskulls style to Kno is just a massive disservice to both of them. He took advantage of what Cody does best by weaving gripping hooks into masterful class verse laying.
