I'm surprisingly devastated by his death. Everyone thought he was getting better because he came back to 8/10 cats does countdown. I watched him so frequently when I needed an emotional boost, I really appreciate him. He also reminds me of an uncle I love who is also pretty sick. Fuck cancer.
yep we had hoped with his past bouts with cancer that he had left it behind, but sadly that wasn't so. But we still have all his videos and shows to enjoy him at all times.
@@swine13 I don't blame Stephen, he was essentially calling out this guy for pretending to know absolutely everything. He pretty much tried to own every moment of the show
Sean hadn’t actually appeared on QI for about 10 years, but it was good to see Stephen say that all the best episodes were with him. I’ve always felt that as well.
@@guitarmaniac004 the joke was Stephen said "that's true for my penis too", when she said that that clitoris is the only thing purely for pleasure. So Stephen basically said that he doesn't use his penis to urinate by proxy of the joke

@@gamebotzero9274 First time I ever saw Sean was on Buzzcocks, when he told off Paul Young for grabbing his glasses off his face. “That’s like going up to someone in a wheelchair and chucking them out.” 😄 Instantly fell in love with him. Up there with Gurney Slade as the most under appreciated - and delightfully weird - sitcom in the history of British telly. Their tweets didn’t get as much attention as the panel show lot but his co-writers Martin Trenaman and Mark Lamarr had two of the most heartbreaking tributes.
I remember when he had lost a lot of weight a few years ago, it was suspected that he was sick, but I personally would have never imagined it was so serious... I'm truly taken back by this news. He was a extremely talented and unique comedian and his sense of humour was in a category of its own. May he rest in peace ❤️❤️
Oh man…this one really hits me. No one quicker. I loved to patiently wait for someone to finishing a sentence just for Sean to respond…it was always brilliant. I will miss u Sean Lock.
This brilliant man makes me laugh to tears beyond his grave, I desperately search RUclips for more of Sean Lock and end up watching and re-watching in frustration that I only discovered such an amazing comedian one month ago... WHAT A LEGEND. The world is poorer without him, but I suspect such a talent will never be forgotten...
Vale to one of my favourite guests on this show. Sean Lock's dry and sarcastic wit always brought a smile and solid laugh to mny oldest brother and I watching him on QI growing up. Thank you for all the laughs Sean. You will be dearly missed. Vale, Sean Lock. RIP
That last bit at the end where Stephen and the other guy showed their Oxford education, Sean knew exactly what to do and say to make everyone outside of Oxford laugh.

Still can't believe it, absolutely gutted ☹️ one of the best and funniest British comedians ever. A comedians comedian. RIP Sean. Thank you for the laughs mate.
I shouldn't be surprised that so many people who enjoyed his presence in QI would be gathered here, but it's very nice to know that I am not alone. Rest in peace Sean..
Gutted to think I won’t be able too see him live again, or see any new videos of him pop up on RUclips. WILTY, 8 out of 10, QI…. great on all of them. You will be missed Sean Lock. RIP
I never knew about Sean Lock until he passed recently and I noticed all these tribute videos on my RUclips feed. What an incredibly funny and witty man. A great talent that is obviously so badly missed. I’m watching a couple of these videos every night before bed so I can go to sleep in a good mood.
QI was how I first saw Sean. He immediately made me cry of laughter to a point I had to pause the video to catch my breath. The genius of his absurdity. I've since started watching both Cats shows solely for him. In fact, I only skipped the episodes he wasn't in because those felt so empty without him. I've seen every youtube video under his name. I don't know why, but the bit about harming horses is just so funny to me. Just the idea that that's a common thing in Sean's mind to do. There will never be another Sean Lock.
10:06 Only Sean's the type of comedian to pull these antics when the conversation is getting dull. lol What's under this table that's more amusing than listening to this?
The thing I’ve realised about Sean is that his appearance completely belies his wonderful ability to be subversive. You just don’t expect anyone who looks so average to always be trying to tip things over. Greatly missed.
I have watched all his stuff on Cats and QI a million times and I still piss myself laughing. And I will continue for the rest of my life. Thanks Sean you funny fucker.
He made my favorite two jokes of all time on QI. #1 talking about the moon not really impacting human behaviour "Then why do I go out killing people?" and #2 "Free Myra Hindley!"
RIP Sean. Very quick witted and fiery humour. He will be sorely missed.
Long missed from QI, and now a gaping hole in Catsdown. Never afraid to be politically incorrect but still be incredibly funny. RIP
