This is my interpretation of the trailer: Ellie has learned what happened in reality at the end of the Last Of Us 1, and want revenge for almost dying from the Firefly group. She decided to go to to a firefly camp to kill everyone. After she was done, she saw a guitar and started playing it. Joel is older now, and slowly got his way there to persuade Ellie to not turn into a mass murderer.
Theory..... Ellie thinks the fireflies lied too joel. Due to joel saying there are many people like her with the cure... but we all know joel did it too save his baby girl... OR The fireflies hunted down Joel for what he did to majority of them at that hospital... and killed him. And she will be hunting them down to take revenge?
