- This is a true treasure! A family heirloom recipe. Peri-Peri chicken livers in a creamy and spicy sauce consisting of fresh bird's eye chilli, onions, and delicious spices. These peri-peri livers emanates an aroma that everyone will enjoy. Whether you love or hate liver, you will be inspired by this recipe.
Recipe
∙ 750 grams Chicken livers
∙ 2 Onions
∙ 3 Garlic cloves
∙ 3 Bird's eye chillies
∙ 1 teaspoon Peri-Peri powder
∙ 1½ tablespoons Paprika
∙ 1 tablespoon Mustard powder
∙ 2 tablespoons Sugar
∙ 5 tablespoons Tomato sauce (Ketchup)
∙ 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
∙ 1 cup Creamy Greek salad dressing
∙ ½ cup Brown vinegar
∙ Salt & Pepper to taste
Bread rolls
∙ 1¼ cup Water
∙ 10 grams instant yeast
∙ 1 tablespoon Sugar
∙ ¼ cup Canola oil
∙ 3 cups White bread flour
∙ 1 teaspoon salt
