DIY 6 to 12 Volt Conversion Part 1: Everything you need

In this series I will finally be converting my 1951 Pontiac Chieftain Straight 8 from the unreliable 6 volt system to a "modern" 12 volt system. The first video in the series will cover everything you will need to 12 volt convert any 6 volt vehicle without spending a fortune on a premade kit or having someone else do it for you. Everything I use is easily attainable through a parts store and the internet, and to prove it all works, you are able to follow me through this journey to see that you can in fact do all of this yourself!
