    Great points! The weight room has become the holy ground of athletics and coaches have gone overboard. Fear lifting. Don't know what else to do so lift as much as you can and you'll be labeled a priest. Not true lol

    Clueless coaches always fall back on lifting weights because they are too lazy to learn. Its their go to activity

    Never heard of the slack management way of lifting weights before really, but makes a lot of sense why it'd be effective

      Muscle slack is why weight room strength doesn’t necessarily improve performance.
