I bet that's the first time a flasher story has been told on GMA. Made my day. Never change, Hugh

Grant seems to be really enjoying himself these days - and his stories and comic timing remain priceless.

What's up with Hugh Grant?? I can't remember him doing soooo much press for a movie. Is he contractually obliged or does he - on some level - actually enjoy giving interviews now??? ;-) Anyway....always a delight!!

Maybe he just really likes the character? I've heard Mr. Reed, the man he plays, described as Jeffrey Dahmer meets Richard Dawkins.

That cranky, brilliant, hilarious Hugh Grant. Glad he is moving into darker films--he is still a charmer in the Bridget Jones newest movie, but his depth in new roles is the best!

He got so typecast in the nineties and early 2000's with all those romantic comedies (sure they were gigantic hits) but I am sure he is quite happy to never star in a rom-com ever again (although he does have Bridget Jones 4 coming out soon). You can see he is having devilish fun with his recent villainous roles.

I was really thrown off when he played that cannibal in cloud atlas. It was such a huge change from what he used to do.

I wonder when media will start to actually address members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints by the name they’ve requested they be known as. We all of course still respond to “Mormon” as that’s been tolerated for a long time, but in an age when effort in naming and identifying things has become perhaps more sensitive (in the world of media at least), it’s surprising that *this* particular request still has gone unheeded. I don’t think Church members should get angry or loud about it, but it would still be nice to see the change realized, preferably sooner rather than later.

Brilliant to make the transition from floppy-haired cute boy actor to fully-rounded star, Not easy, but he's made it. Good for him.

They're nasty looking things at the best of times 😂😂 awkward. Nice one, Hugh. I look forward to this one. Very against type when you typically think of Hugh Grant of old. When she said blowup and the end, I was waiting for Hugh to come out with something witty...

I wish they had changed his face in the film. He still looks like old Hugh Grant

I bet you £100 he's in misery among these people interviewing him 😂 he'd rather be in France buying 4 peaches for 400 bucks

Ha! You may be right, but I think he enjoyed having a very receptive audience. The interviewers seemed to be genuinely laughing at his anecdotes and dry humour.

This is the film where he asks if you can imagine a thousand years from now if people would view Jar Jar as a significant religious figure
