Both are in resort areas, but Dream 36 is much closer to urban conveniences such as the Sangster International Airport, healthcare facilities and general business and entertainment hubs. Discovery Bay is a beautiful area but it is more rural. The Camelot will also be much larger in size (4 blocks with a total of 92 units). Dream 36 is only 36 apartments, so you will have fewer neighbours which can make future HOA decision-making simpler. With regard to size, a split-level 2 bedroom apartment at Dream 36 is 1600 sq. ft. compared with the 2 bedroom townhouse at Camelot, which is 1275 sq. ft. In fact, the 1 bedroom apartment at Dream 36 is 850 sq. ft. which is the average size of a 2 bedroom Gore Scheme house. Gore homes have a significantly lower price-point, but this may influence construction methods and finish quality. In short Gore Schemes generally offer more affordable housing options while Dream 36 is a more premium product. At the end of the day, the best option is the one that works best for you.
