i have grundfos water pump 0.75 hp ,when the pump stop it has a howling sound as it come to s stop .what is causing the Howling sound that last about 5 to 8 second as it comes to a stop .and the cycle begins after every stop .please advice

Ich habe gehört, dass eine selbstansaugende Pumpe vom Typ CM, die nicht selbst ansaugt ein internes Ventil nicht geschlossen wird. Leider konnte ich bisher in keinem Video sehen, wie das Ventil aussieht und wie es eventuell zu reparieren ist.

@1.27 he removes what looks like a washer that does not go back on during assembly.
Why?

I think it one of the Nord-lock washers that drops off after he removes the top nut.

These pumps suck. Stay away. They burn out with a little voltage fluctuations. The Swedes drink too much latte to help. I had to move out until I found a good local pump.
