    I've got 43 out of 50 on this amazing English grammar test which was not so bad, yeah I made some mistakes even though the Intermediate level is currently my strongest level and I keep on improving and expanding my knowledge of English. No matter how good my grammar skills are because I'm focusing on having better pronunciation and understanding most of the spoken language in real life. Thank you so much for this challenging test afterwards. ❤😊

    Is 44 out of 50 good ? I took it during suboptimal conditions with quite a few distractions going on around me, so i feel like i could have done better.

      Yes, after certain verbs such as "like & dislike" you should use gerund / ing form.
      Ex: I like swimming.

    What does "satnav" mean?

    • @EnglishLearningHubOfficial
      @EnglishLearningHubOfficial  10 месяцев назад +2

      It is the abbreviation for satellite navigation: a system of computers and satellites, used in vehicles and other places to tell you where something is, where you are, or how to get to a place.
      e.g. Many cars are now fitted with satnav.

    • @EnglishLearningHubOfficial
      @EnglishLearningHubOfficial  5 месяцев назад +2

      Either is used before the first of two or more options or to indicate a link with another statement. Either can also indicate one or the other of two people or things. Neither is used before the first of two options to signal that they are untrue or won't occur. It can also be used to emphasize a negative statement.

      The police are coming. Police is a noun which describes a collection of police officers. This means it has no singular form and always uses a plural verb.
