Fast is both adjective and adverb.
the past tense of swim is swam. swum is the past participle.
The question was the past participle
😂 i said the same, until i realised the question was bout’ the past PARTICIPLE 🤡😆🤣😂
Thank you so much for your exercise

If people follow such as video at the end of days the will feel good because they spend their time to lean somthing and improve their knowledge. thanks once again
Thank you so much for your kind words and support. 🙏❤️👍
I disagree with your past tense for swim. I would say swam. Swum would need "have" in front of it.
That's what I thought too. Totally agree with you.
One more "mistake" that wasn't by ne?
Agreed! Except the question was about the past participle, not the past tense.
“Swim is an irregular verb; swam is the past tense of swim, while swum is the past participle. Swum is used after have, as in "I have swum in that pool before." Copied from Webster’s dictionary.
@@franceswatts4001Swim,swam, swum/drink, drank, drunk/sing, sang, sung (i-a-u) Every once in a while there is something 'regular' in irregular verbs.😂
Yes
بسیارعالی. روش خوبی بود متشکرم
I had a blast! I thought this was going to be easy, but not quite so much. And I learned a thing or 2 along the way. A case in point--
#10--I would have bet Money that there was no such word as 'SWUM'. And I would have been wrong. Never used it. Never heard it. Researched it and now I know. Thanks for preventing me from making a possibly Big 'faux pas'. :)
But I have questions about numbers #32 & 33. Would it not be, 'I don't like coffee. I prefer tea.'? Or if one Was to use the word 'but', would it not be--'I don't like coffee, but I do like tea.'? And #33--They will arrive 'before, after, or when' the party starts, just not the word 'while'. So A, C, or D could all be used, correct? Inquiring mind...
And did anyone know there is such a word as 'eggcorn'? 😄 I certainly didn't! 😄. Something else I learned while researching (Thank you!). I may have laughed if I had heard someone use, or had seen, this word.
So thank you so much. I have learned several things from taking your 'not quite so easy' quiz. 👍
I thought it was just me. Never heard, nor have I used, the word “swum”. Learn something new every day.
I had the same thought but according to Webster’s dictionary (American version of Oxford?) it is correct.
“Swim is an irregular verb; swam is the past tense of swim, while swum is the past participle. Swum is used after have, as in ‘I have swum in that pool before.’ “
The question was about the past participle.
No.46..why had?since no time indicated..your sentence:The children ___a lot of fun at the amusement park..why had?my answer is have because children have always fun at the amusement park..
0:53 "im looking forward to seeing you at the party tommorow" its 'to see' not 'to seeing'💀
That was my answer too to see you at the party tomorrow 👍
Sorry but it’s ’to seeing you’.
Interesting & help ful presentation... Thanks....!

Sometimes you have to guess, that the sentence speaks about the past and not about planning, how to react to circumstances.
41/50+2(B) A very excellent video as always!
i really love to watch a English grammar quiz it makes me learn something new😂
My son and l got 46 out 52. My son is in grade four thank you for your lesson.
It is very good exercise. My score is only 43/50.
I am aged 86.
Good job! Thank you for taking the quiz. ❤️👍
Swam-swum, I hated both. I would have changed the sentence to use a different form, like 'I had been swimming'. Or 'The other day I had a nice swim'. So 51 out of 52.
Am impressed with my answers.Bravo

Q32: Instead of putting "but", I will break it into 2 sentences : "I don't like coffee. I prefer tea." Which way is more commonly used?
I scored 51/52; got tripped up by “swum.” On question 33, “They will arrive ______ the party begins,” the answer could be a) before OR c) after. We don’t have the complete context to know which is correct.
Well done, Sarah! ❤️👍

I am 75 years old. I have secured 90% marks. 👍
That's good! Keep up the good work! ❤️👍
Thank you.
7 errors according to the video, but 2 of them were not my mistake, but yours, 3 of them were wrong, because the sentence wasn't clear, missing context. So 2 errors only.
In some cases I had to take the more common option, when another one could be right in some circumstances.
So I'm not the only one who noticed that. Like no. 33, the answer could had been any of the choices given depending on the context in which it was asked.
49/50 thank so much!
I scored 38/52. Thanks and greetings from Buenos Aires 😊
Great job on your score! Thanks for watching! 😊🎉
