RECIPE:
500 g seven-grain flour
7 g dry yeast
10 g salt
2 tbsp honey
3 tbsp extravirgin olive oil
300 g warm water
rolled oats, sesame & poppy seeds
1 egg yolk
a splash of milk
Preheated oven - 35 mins - 180°C/356°F/gas mark 4
