I am so impressed by this hospital and their staff! They definitely deserve recognition. So many hospitals would say “we can’t do this , it’s too dangerous for the patient.” I’m a registered nurse and I was taught in nursing school that it was very important to respect a persons beliefs and accommodate them. But I’ve literally never seen a hospital willing to go out of the way like this for anyone for any reason.

@@cindyl4325 my husband is in the hospital now.. He's very very sick.. We didn't know if he was going to make it.. The nurses.. Nurses aids and everyone in between are so kind and loving.. When I know there were times that they were fed up with him.. He was on antibiotics, a feeding tube of a liquid diet and stool softeners.. Everytime he would go number 1 he went number 2 as well.. So they changed him 10 times a day.. Of course I tried to do most of it.. Because I'm just that way... But not once did they show their frustrations.. They were kind and loving.. Same when he kept pulling his feeding tube out.. They were more concerned that he was hurting himself.. (HE KEPT SAYING I DIDN'T PULL IT OUT.. AN IF I DID I'M SORRY.. of course he doesn’t remember any of it.. I'm so blessed to have worked with a team of nurses who were all on the same page as one another.. They did an amazing job looking after him when he was completely confused and crying.. They always calmed him down and would tell him your wife will be up in the morning.. (he was very delusional at that time due to his sickness) we didn't know he had Dysphagia.. Along with a bunch of other things.. I'm very grateful for all his nurses and aids.. ❤ Thank you for what you do... I miss working in the health field.. I had to quit cause my husband got sick so I could care for him at home. I regret nothing.. God bless you!!! Nurses & aids are the backbone of all hospitals..

Even if you don’t believe in God it’s still beautiful to see so many people going out of their way to do something nice for someone going through such a difficult time. They brought in and set up a full baptismal. That took an extreme amount of effort and organization from the hospital employees and his church. We need more people willing to go out of their way for others. It’s beautiful.

Hospitals can be SO wonderful. When we found out that my father wasn’t going to make it until my originally scheduled wedding, the hospital nuns (and we were Lutheran, mind you) helped us move the entire wedding forward two days & to the hospital chapel. They even hid a padded recliner on wheels so it would be available on the day & dressed my dad in his tux. They reserved their biggest conference “room” (more like a small auditorium) for a short reception afterwards. Some even slipped in the back to watch my father determinedly stand &, even though we’d been warned he couldn’t, walk me up the aisle with a nurse on his other side. And they cried with everyone else. P.S. AND two of my parents’ best friends who were atheists became Christians that day because of seeing the miracle of my dad walking.
This decision must have been weighing heavily on his heart for a very long time. I am SO HAPPY for him especially given the physical challenges which faced him in order to accomplish it. Well done hospital staff and church and Thank You JESUS!
Obviously he felt he needed to be..but after Jesus death on cross Paul was raised up to preach the new Covenant of grace to the Gentiles..saved 'by grace, through faith, not of works lest any boast'. The blood of Jesus cleanes us from from sin..if we will turn to Him in faith & believe in His name & all He means. He is our Ark of Salvation.
Amen! But God made the challenge possible because He can do anything, nothing is too hard for God….. NOTHING!! Praying for this man to get better…. It’s possible 🙏🏾

By today's standards, we are under a New Covenant through the life changing Gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Only through Faith and obedience can healing be complete. Baptism is a big part of our Faith. In some cases, like old age, healing is not an option. For even the prophets and the righteous have died.

I worked in a hospital when I was 17 years old as a nurse’s aid and I was assigned to take care and stay with his daughter because the old man was dying and she was very upset. I was supposed to help comfort her by my presence because I had a medical uniform on. I really couldn’t do anything other than put him on a bedpan but he was beyond that. I could wash him or change his bedding. His daughter was so upset and I tried talking to her and I had gone to a religious school so I asked her if he had ever been baptized and she said no so I said do you think he would want to be baptized, and she said yes. So I picked up a glass of water and a towel and I did as I was taught. I poured a little water on his head in the sign of the cross and said the words, “I baptize you in the name of the Father, and the Son and the Holy Ghost. “ She thanked me and stopped crying and I hugged her, then he peacefully stopped breathing and passed away shortly after. So it gave her some peace and I like to think it helped him. I felt really strange as I drove home that night and I had never seen anybody die. At least I didn’t have to bring in a whole tub for a submersion Baptism, I couldn’t have done that.
Ask yourself why the people in this video would go to all the extra trouble of carting in a huge thing of water... if a little head splash would have worked just as well. Do you think they were just showing off for the camera?

Baptism water has been BLESSED by the Pastor, or Ordained Minister who has the authority to Bless it and also perform Baptisms. Regular water is just water. Catholics and Methodist are a couple of religions that will perform the Cross upon your forehead, but again, that is Holy Water that has been BLESSED by an Ordained Minister of GOD. I believe the young lady did a good deed to soothe and comfort with the man passing, but it isn't a recognized Baptism. This in the hospital IS.
@@mrs.b6719 Specially blessed baptismal water is the ordinary matter for baptism but in case of emergency any natural water may be used, and any person, even a non-Christian, may perform the baptism as long as they say the correct words(as in example above) while pouring the water on the person's head & have the intention to do what the Church does (to confer the sacrament).

The baptism didn't save him it's good for him wonderful thing but it does not save only faith in Jesus Christ saves he was already saved when he believed not when he dipped in that water.
I was in the hospital last week after a major surgery. There was a Chaplain there who came by to see me every day. I'm an atheist and didn't even realize at first that she was a religious figure, but she was so sweet! She made sure I had everything I needed and was being looked after.

No one is good only Jesus. We are all sinners even those that are saved. We are not sinless we just sin less. Free will is what caused all the worlds issues not God. We all have choices we make and there consequences to those choices. But i was on the other side farther away than you. I was a pew filler a fake Christian for years. We are, the problem not the world not others not satan the issue starts in are hearts.

We had that same privilege along with our pastor , he baptised a cancer patient many years ago. We took in a pladtic pool and filled it with water. He has lived many years afterwards. Praise God! Thank you Jesus for your mercy. 🙏
At this point sinking the whole body in the water is definitely not necessary. You can also use a small bowl or no water at all, if it is an emergency babtism. The words by pastor and the holy spirit itself hold the full meaning of the babtism

@@mrs.b6719 Specially blessed baptismal water is the ordinary matter for baptism but in case of emergency any natural water may be used, and any person, even a non-Christian, may perform the baptism as long as they say the correct words(as in example above) while pouring the water on the person's head & have the intention to do what the Church does (to confer the sacrament).

The baptism didn't save him it's good for him wonderful thing but it does not save only faith in Jesus Christ saves he was already saved when he believed not when he dipped in that water.

I was in the hospital last week after a major surgery. There was a Chaplain there who came by to see me every day. I'm an atheist and didn't even realize at first that she was a religious figure, but she was so sweet! She made sure I had everything I needed and was being looked after.
What a blessing now when it's time he will go home in peace Thank You GOD!!!

Jesus isn't about religion. According to the world yes it fits but According to truth. Religion gets people no where. The religious leaders in the bible where not true men of God. Its about faith the thing people get wrong is because there is millions of religions that means there are many answers. This is false. There is only one answer. His name is Jesus. The best choice you can make is finding him. It takes more than words its a heart condition. Do not be like many others and think its just saying some prayer and your good its fixed. Thats false. We where all like you once. We know the many that are miss representing him. We know what man has done in his name. We know everything you do. The difference is we at some point relize that what tye world claims is real isn't. If you have seen anything supernatural its all one thing. Its demons in different forms. Just like all other gods are the same demons. Why is there so much wrong in the world why do good people die. Thats the result of the people knowing God. People are by there very nature sinful. No one is good only Jesus. We are all sinners even those that are saved. We are not sinless we just sin less. Free will is what caused all the worlds issues not God. We all have choices we make and there consequences to those choices. But i was on the other side farther away than you. I was a pew filler a fake Christian for years. We are, the problem not the world not others not satan the issue starts in are hearts.

If you want to scare them and push them away keep telling them to repent but if you want to save them to show them the love of God to plant the seed with more success tell them to believe because that's what's going to save them not pretending you have overcome the law.

We had that same privilege along with our pastor , he baptised a cancer patient many years ago. We took in a pladtic pool and filled it with water. He has lived many years afterwards. Praise God! Thank you Jesus for your mercy. 🙏
At this point sinking the whole body in the water is definitely not necessary. You can also use a small bowl or no water at all, if it is an emergency babtism. The words by pastor and the holy spirit itself hold the full meaning of the babtism
