    I am a Breeze Flight attendant. I am laughing that you thought we were apart of JetBlue lol. You keep comparing us to Jet blue. We are not JetBlue. I appreciate a honest review tho

    Hi! Fellow Orlando based flight reviewer here. I stumbled across your video on Breeze, and I definitely agree with your points made in this video. Breeze is fairly new they started service in May of 2021 so there will be many kinks here and there but overall, I believe that this review was not only informative but also very well constructed. I really enjoyed it and I hope to see more flight reviews soon! Happy holidays.

    I've heard the flight cancellations are a huge problem here in Charleston for Breeze. I'm flying them in a few weeks, praying that it doesn't happen to me. I just met a lady a few weeks ago that said her Breeze flight was cancelled three days in a row, or how breeze puts it, "delayed 3 days" lol.

    I can appreciate your honesty. Due to the fact of myself not knowing about this airline I was kind of skeptical. But seeing that things went well in some case was definitely a plus. I will give them a try for my upcoming trip to las Vegas.

    Thanks for the great reporting on this topic. Although they were able to compensate you, there are some of us that cannot afford to be late when flying for work, for any amount of compensation, so from what I’ve seen here and elsewhere on the Internet, breeze is not an option.

      We just had the regular FREE (Nice) seats 💺 😉
      1.) Nice = Free
      2.) Nicer = Gotta pay
      3.) Nicest = Gotta pay a little more

    For the most part your review was fair. One thing I want to add is that some comments seemed like you expected a 5 star customer service and you are flying with a rather low cost airline and as you have said you are both cheap and you do not like to pay so it kind of does not match your expectations. Also, this was a technical issue which can happen and does happen to the best airlines. Overall the review was not bad.

We typically fly on budget airlines so our review was simply comparing it to the other budget airlines that we typically fly on. 5 star customer service was not an expectation on our end but we do have viewers that have never flown before so we like to go in depth as far as what you will receive and not receive when flying with the airlines as we do with all of our reviews whether airlines or cruises.     $250 reimbursement for a hotel is much better than what I’ve seen elsewhere- most times I hear $125. Wonder if they’ve changed that.

    Oh My! It would appear that your travel with BREEZE didn't go as planned and that concerns us because of our own travel plans in May! Being a newer air carrier, one might expect an occasional mess up, but having your flight completely cancelled until the next day would not be a happy event for us. Being "seasoned citizens" (over 75), traveling by air is much more a luxury for us and having your kind of issues would make us think twice about flying with this carrier.

    My wife flew Breeze in April and she had nothing bad to say about it. It was a very nice plane,, friendly attendants and it was on time leaving and arriving to her destinations, and the flights are straight flights no stops. She would would fly Breeze Airlines again..

    I wonder if communication would have been easier through the app …? I’m not a super-experienced traveler, but other RUclips flight reviewers have recommended always getting the airlines’ apps.

    If the plane they're using is coming from another city and is having mechanical issues, there's really no way the gate agents are going to have an exact time for the delay to be over. Not until the plane is fixed or if they can somehow swap for a plane that is working. Rolling delays just SUCK! But I'd rather fly on a plane that's working than one that's rushed to keep a schedule.

    Actually, more and more airlines have discontinued their "live" customer service lines. I wouldn't think that would be such a major expense for airlines that it would be something they would cut at the risk of potentially upsetting and frustrating customers who prefer to be able to speak with someone in-person when they have an issue or question. It must be one of those things that they feel they can cut that is non safety related yet reduces expenses enough to justify the potential drawbacks.

    Hello folks. You can purchase a pass to skip the tsa 'strip search' from most airlines. However, the tsa has the ability to force anyone they want thru any line they choose. Best way, if you travel often, is to opt for the 'Known Traveler' status.

    Thanks for the video and NOPE I will fly non stop using Delta 1st or business class. After breaking up w/Southwest, the only experiences I want are top notch. I'll let the younger generations (under 50) do budget.

    I'm thinking about doing a round-trip to Vegas but they don't have flights every day so if something happened to the flight and it canceled I wouldn't be able to make the trip for what I'm going for that's kind of scary

      We totally understand the fear especially with the schedules they have. You can always try your luck at 1 way flights as well and get another budget friendly airline for the return back. If you have the time, you can checkout some of our other budget friendly airline reviews to see if that option would work for you OR if you’d like to fly on another airline.     You should take a flight on their newer Airbus A220 aircraft. Much much nicer plane with much better seats

      Hey great question…we actually did not have to pay extra for seats because we selected the “Skip” option where the airline picks your seat for you for free😉

    I have never flown Breeze but I will be taking my first flight with them (and a dog on board.) with no customer service I couldn’t speak to any human. Not a fan of texting and Instant messaging. I went in person to my airport to speak with a human being face to face. I was handed a number to text my 5 questions to. this will probably be the ONLY time I fly Breeze.

      Great question. Guess it is really up to you and your preference. Some people like pill containers that are designated by the days of the week. Others like the bottle it comes in and some prefer bags. Either way it’s totally up to you 😉

    AVOID this airline if you need to be somewhere. I scheduled my flight from Orange County CA to Orlando FL more than a month in advance for a cruise ship vacation. Then today, a few weeks before the trip, I get an email saying that "we made a change to your flight" and now it's giving me a bad schedule when the cruise ship is at sea. I had to cancel for a refund. But the worst part of it is that with my super busy work schedule, this is wasting my time to research and re-book with another airline! I knew that "low budget" airlines are nothing but trouble, but I thought I would give Breeze a chance because I could get their "nicest" seat which is a pretend 1st class. I have never before had an airline change the booking on me like this without some unexpected weather or air traffic control event. Breeze is UNRELIABLE I am learning from other reviews. I learned my lesson again to avoid the stupid budget airlines.

      We are so sorry this happened to you. The silver lining is you got a refund and enough time to find another flight before your cruise. We’ve seen airlines cancel flights the day of and that is so much of a hassle to deal with.

      @@InspiredbyRR Yep that’s true, it would be a lot worse if they cancelled it on short notice. I think what bothers me in this instance is that the airline also has plenty of time to honor their original schedule. Obviously they were not affected by weather, mechanical problems, air traffic control etc. This is probably 100% just Breeze optimizing costs (being cheap) so they can fly more profitable schedules and dump existing reservations if they need to. That’s the annoying aspect.

    3 reasons why your Pre Check may not of been on your boarding pass. 1. Your Bday is wrong. 2. You didnt put it on there when making the reservation and the last one is your Pre Check is expired, always blame the airline for incomptence

      Hi Joey,
      One should not speak on things they do not know but since you choose to be rude on this beautiful Saturday morning let’s review your message.
      1.) My birthday is a very easy one to remember as it is the same day as the month and there was not a typo. I also double checked and triple checked this information prior to filming.
      2.) My PreCheck was also entered correctly as that is something that I always remember to do.
      3.) My PreCheck has 4 more years left before it expires.
      So you sir are Wrong, Wrong and WRONG! Now go have a nice day and touch some grass instead of trying to put people down. That finger you chose to point and speak of incompetence really just backfired.

    Breeze is a train wreck of an operation.
    People assumed that because the founder of JetBlue also was starting Breexe that it would be a success. Breeze is NO JetBlue, not by a long shot.
    Horrible delays…as evidenced on virtually every trip report.
    Overpriced snacks and drinks. No real wifi even though they have been promising it since the beginning. Now that Breeze is out of money, don’t expect to see real wifi.
    And the schizophrenic starting and stopping of routes isn’t helping them either. In light of the fact that they have no phone customer service, passengers on suspended routes are left to their own devices.
    I give it no more than one year.
