King is voiced by max mittleman in the dub. Young Mikey is voiced by Christina Vee in the dub, she is the same actress for Killua from hxh and Ladybug from Miraculous ladybug. She had many other roles too and she is really good at playing younger boys.

He's supposed to be a tough kid, older brother vibe. So naturally he sounds more like a men. The Japanese did the same thing.
