I'd rather pay the money for a non salvage title. Must be scammer Russians that buy this and sell it later as never in a wreck, when the title is salvage.
I just saw a BMW motorcycle for sale with a salvage title, guy had owned it from new and knocked the bike over damaging the fairing. Insurance totaled it due to age and cost of repairs. The owner bought it back with the salvage title, repairs were simple and only had cosmetic damage. I have no problem buying salvage title products.

I agree. The title will always have that stigma attached. The only person or people who would consider it as a worthwhile bike is the guy who cleaned it up or other traders who sell the bike with forged papers:
"I got a problem with the bike you sold me!"
"Well, that's too bad. I sold it to you privately and sold as seen. There's squat you can do about it!"

Harley stopped making that model bike in late 2022 if i'm not mistaken.
I.e Sportster 883cc. Don't know where you get it as a 2023 bike.
On the right hand side front upright of the frame, look for a sticker and the serial number will tell you exactly what it is and when it was built and where.
You will find a Harley "seria number explainer" on numerous sites.

небольшие шрамы - украшение мотоцикла, они свидетельствуют о том что мотоцикл ездит, выполняет свою работу, а не сидит в гараже и тестирует полироли и мази )
на самом деле очень хороший способ начать мотоциклётную жизнь с ремонта мотоцикла - это отличное знакомство с предметом ))
