I bought one recently, the solution is to put a metal nut on it to make up some extra width. Kegland recommends a 3/8 inch nut found here: www.kegland.com.au/3-8-inch-bsp-stainless-lock-nut.html
Steven Orrell yes, just slide it in top. It gives that extra width to make sure a PET bottle mouth is able to push down the same way as a more narrow mouthed bottle.
My bottle washer doesnt jet water the water very well anymore. Only used it 3 times. Is there something I'm doing wrong or perhaps a washer that needs replacing?
That's nice and all. But. If your bottle is clean, which it must be before doing this, then you can just as well use Saniclean (for example) in a spray bottle and spray the bottle. It accomplishes the same thing. What's the magic that I'm missing here? (No ill regards intended, nice video)
Sweet system
i love it makes it soo easy,i even look forward ot doing it
Useful information would have been that this is not suited for 740ml PET bottles as mouth too wide for the plunger

You wont be able to get the force and the volume with a spray bottle that you can from this
@@thedaydreamer7972 It doesn't really matter, as long as you cover the entire surface with the anti-bacterial agent.
